The inspection Shane performed was amazing. He spent 2.5 hours at the property and was very detailed with descriptions and pictures. I feel like I really understand which renovation projects need to be performed first. My real estate broker who was at the property during the inspection was very impressed with his inspection skills. I would strongly recommend! Thank you.

Was easy to reach and quick to respond via email, even late at night. VERY reasonably priced. Responed quick. Was very professional and polite, and thurough. Had a saturday inspection, took nearly 4 hours. Would highly recommend. I tried reaching out to several inspectors prior; some wouldnt call back, wouldn't do weekends, or were way overpriced , and were rude.

Shane is very knowledgeable and professional. After finishing up his findings, he took his time to walk me through the issues that he had found. His inspection report is easy enough to understand, complete with pictures of where the issues are located. I would definitely recommend his business.

Shane was excellent to work with. A personable and knowledgeable person, was happy to walk me through in depth each issue and allowed me to follow along as he ran all his tests. Shane has served the Navy as an engineer and the detail at which he ran through the house was excellent. We really couldnâ t recommend anyone else. If youâ re buying your first home or any home weâ d highly recommend ALPS for the price, outstanding service and helpful reports that lays out all the issues. They also provide pictures of all areas inspected and issues they find.
