Best ever!!! Clean up was a breeze as they cleaned as they worked through out the house. We, nor anyone else can tell they removed the baseboards completely --they look like new! Finished the job in two days! Can't say enough good things:)

Al’s was great to work with from start to finish. They were very competitively priced, flexible on scheduling, and did great work. Even when they had trouble finding some transition pieces he stayed there late to ensure the project was done. I would highly recommend them and can’t wait to work together in the future

Al and his partner were very professional and respectful with my home and got my flooring installed quickly. They did a very nice job. Looking forward to having them back to doing the remainder of my floors. Thank you!

Very professional, punctual, courteous and reasonably priced. The company was very concerned about me being satisfied. They showed up prepared with all the tools necessay to perform the job. Cleaned up behind themselves and completed on time. I was extremely satisfied with the job and the level of competence. I would definitely hire them again.

Exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with the outcome of the LPV install. The crew did amazing, his team was really familiar with my historic home built in the 1930’s! He helped revitalize a part of history in Downtown Phoenix. I will be using again for future jobs.

Tried to put in the flooring myself but couldn’t do it right. Ali and his partner showed up and saved the day and got it done within a day compared to the days it would have taken me. Ali is awesome and would recommend him to anyone else!

Everything went well — initially. Al installed tile we already had which were 35” long and 9” wide, in a 3’ x 6’ section, grouted, and grouted another area that needed to be done due to replacing four tiles that were damaged by Pella when installing our new slider/door wall. As Al installed the tile, I asked how he would level them as I saw no leveling clips in his tool arsenal. He stated that he would lightly tap tiles after everything was installed to ensure they were level. Al declined to use many leveling clips I had and offered him. He said, don't worry, they’ll be fine. After tiles were installed, I had asked if he would be coming back out in a day or two to grout. Al said no. I’ll grout everything once tiles are down. Okay...what do I know? Apparently, things are done differently now? Any way, after the job was done, Al told me to wait 24 hours before walking on the tiles. I wrote a check for $250 made payable to his wife (not sure why, but okay?). Al told me to call him if there were any issues and off he went. Check was cashed the same day at my bank. After 24 hours, I was excited to clean the tile up and go about my day. As I walked on them, 3 tiles were spongy and I noticed the grout crumble with a puff of air coming out. I could feel my blood pressure start to rise. As I investigated further, several tiles were not at all secure. Additionally, there were high and low spots between some of the tiles. Guess they’re not level after all? I immediately contacted Al. He said he has never had a problem with loose tiles in the past, but would come out today or tomorrow to check. Today had almost past and I contacted him again to find out exactly when he would be coming. He replied back and said, I thought I told you I would be out tomorrow? I said nope. Never heard that. I heard today or tomorrow and that you would call me to firm up. Al said, okay...I’ll be out tomorrow and give you a two hour notice when I’m on my way. Tomorrow came and by 3:00 pm, I still heard nothing from Al. I texted him several times and called, with no reply or answer. The last time I called, his wife answered his phone and stated he just stepped out and would be back soon. Really?! I bet! Guess he got my money and doesn’t believe in standing behind his work? Guess the joke's on me! Shame on you Al, and you told me you were a Christian? You should be ashamed of yourself screwing over a customer and not making things right...SERIOUSLY! I immediately called my neighbor to find out if he had a tile guy that he used. I was in luck. He had his tile guy call me and he came out that evening to assess the work. He literally told me the job completed was done very poorly! Tiles were definitely uneven, puffs of air coming between the grout as you stepped on them, and loose. I asked if he could repair it and he told me he would be out next week to take care of it. Let me tell you...I was extremely pissed and came back to Angie's List to write this review! As soon as it posted, Al texts me and says he can drop everything and come out and fix it. Guess that should have been his attitude prior to all this? I said no thank you, I already had another professional tiler referred by my neighbor come over to look at your work and he said it was such a horrible job. You think I want you coming back over here to make things worse? At that time, Al accused me of being a difficult customer. SERIOUSLY? How about taking accountability and responsibility for your shoddy work?! After novel texts I received from this guy, he somehow persuaded me to accept a partial refund of $150. He said he wanted to do the right thing...so he said. As of today (1-29-2020), I have received nothing. The check must be lost in the mail, right? I even offered to remove this feedback on Angie's List if I got my money. I'm a very reasonable kind of guy and really hate writing reviews like this. What does Al do? He sidesteps me after he already committed to refunding the money and contacts Angie's List to see if they will remove it. Angie's List then contacts me to verify I'm the person that posted the review and wanted me to verify even more information about myself. SERIOUSLY?! Dude...what's wrong with you??? Be a man of your word! Now, everything is off the table. I have written off my money as a loss and will never see it. Doesn't matter anymore at this point. This review will remain permanently to warn other potential homeowners of problematic contractors who make false claims on listing services like Angie's List! What comes around goes around my friend. Now I understand why you told me that you lost everything and are staying permanently at the Red Roof Inn in Madison Heights! However, your Angie's List listing states you're in Sterling Heights. You told me you have been staying in Madison Heights for quite some time now. What's with the deception? Just don't get it. Good luck to you Sir! This was such a simple job for an experienced tiler that knew what he/she was doing. Angie's List failed me again! I will never use this service again. From now on, I'll do the job myself or get a referral. HOMEOWNER BEWARE!

"First of all we do apologize for the so call bad experience I Personally did the job myself and you were absolutely satisfied with the job I left the house shook hands got $250 check for grouting and reinstalling tiles were Previously installed not properly. But then within 24 hours I received a call from you requesting me backOnce you declined me from going in and checking the job Th ere’s absolutely no way of me knowing what exactly went wrong if something went wrong!! And then on the day you called me and told me there was a problem with the tiles I scheduled you After I finish my other job And I had informed you that I need a 48 hour notice for repairs and I will give you two hours notice when I am on my way. But before I even get the chance to speak to you or to go to your house to fix the job you had already had the conclusion that we are fried and we are Thieves Also we got harassed by you for almost 5 weeks Texting Our company phone. We tired to solve the problem. But You rejected us from your home and all you Said you wanted your full refund of $250 knowing there was 2 different areas were worked on. There’s absolutely no refund will be issued with our inspection to the job."
