Everything went very well. They arrived with a large crew & alot of equipment. They said it would be done in 1 day & it was. It was a big job, but they had everything cut down & removed as they said. I would re-hire this company again.

I had used Alspaw previously for some trees in my backyard. I was pleased with them before, so I decided to use them again. This time they trimmed up a very large tree in our front yard. The price was "high", but honestly I feel that it was just sticker shock and it was actually a fair price. They were always punctual and the did great work. I WILL be using them again. <br />

The job was done fantastically, very professional.. fast and clean could not tell they where here (except tree was gone ) <br />  cleanup was so good  <br />

I called to arrange an estimate, and a licensed arborist came out to my property. I was given a short window of time that they would arrive, 2pm-4pm not an all day time frame, and they arrived at 2:15pm. Very professional estimate, and the price was extremely fair, considering all the work. They arrived on the date of service at 7am, and finished by 8:30am. Not only did they do the work specified, but they also raked all leaves and cleaned and swept my patio. I was very impressed. <br />

One of the workers accidently did some damage to a pool feature pipe and auto refill.  But Alspaw paid me back for the repair , with no problem.   I have used Alspaw several different times and have always been pleased with their work. <br />

This is the second time that we have used them. Once the crew arrived the work was completed in a very professional manner. All small limbs and trimmings were removed. When I called for an estimate appointment, the scheduler was not available and  I was told someone would call me back. No one call that day or the next, so I called again. This time I was able to arrange an appointment.  On the day of the appointment the crew did not come at the designated time and we did not receive a call altering us that they would be late. We called and were told that the job ahead of us was taking longer than originally thought. We were then rescheduled for the following day. There needs a greater concern for a costumers time. <br />

They were great and I loved them. They have a certified arborist on staff. I have a really gigantic tree that I have babied and grown from a stick and I do not want anybody messing with it that is not really an expert, not somebody who bought a chainsaw out of a shop and calls himself a tree trimmer but a guy that really knows his stuff, an arborist who bothered to go to school and take the test. During that time, they were willing to come out and look at the job. They tell you what they think should be done. They will work with you if you are a little bit skeptical. They really help you a lot to understand the purpose of taking care of the tree and the health of the trees. And they will come out and do all of that for free. When they came back, they were with a very professional crew and I was incredibly nervous about the amount of work that they were doing on this tree but even the crew assured me every step of the way. They showed me what they were doing and explained the benefits to the tree. They were concerned about the health of the tree. I will be calling them back in the fall and have them do the job they estimated.

Alspaw arrived on time with the right tools to do the job. They had a bucket truck that enabled them to do an outstanding job on a severly injured tree - it turned out beautiful! I live on the corner and my neighbors drove by and noticed how beautiful my tree was - three of them hired them that day to do work for them! <br />

They came out to provide a bid on Wednesday and provided the tree service on Friday of the same week.  We were told they would arrive between 7:30 - 8:00 a.m. however, when I arrived home at 11:45 they still hadn't arrived.  I called the office, the receptionist quiickly returned my call and said the crew had to go out on another call but she was never notified, which meant that I wasn't notified.  The crew did show up in the afternoon and they did a fantastic job.  The tree is huge and there were many employees and a lot of equipment was used.  Not only did they do a wonderful job on the tree, they also did a great job on the cleanup, which included the surrounding yards and roof.  We were very happy with the service!  The only glich was the confusion on the time they would arrive.  <br /> We also love the 10% off coupon! <br />

Day before they were scheduled to do work got call that stated workers would be there in "afternoon" without an actually timeframe, so I needed to clarify what "afternoon" actually mention. Then the time frame I was given was a 4 hr window which was pretty hard to sit around waiting 4 hrs for maybe 30 min worth of work. <br /> Then to come to find out that guy that gave me estimate didn't include having palm trunk shaved which actual worker told me my tree needed along with the trim.  <br /> I still havent received acutal invoice like I was told I would receive the day before on the confirmation call. <br />

I chose Alspaw because they got good reviews on Angie's and they had a 10% off coupon. I called them up on Thursday and they came out and gave me an estimate of $135 on Friday morning to trim up my 3 date palms. They estimated the middle of the next week to do the work, but ended up coming out the same day. They were fast! They took care of the three palms and cleaned up in just over an hour. I was actually really impressed by their efforts to clean up. They even skimmed my pool. I would recommend this company and will be using them again. <br />
