About us

I have been working in the tree care industry for over 10 years. The bulk of my career was spent working at Bartlett Tree Experts. I started in 2010 as a ground support person and worked my way up to become the Manager of their Danbury location. I managed a staff of 15 employees, providing clients with arboriculture services and advice. As of the Winer of 2021 I have decided to go out on my own in order to give my clients and their landscapes a more personalized service than many of the larger companies can offer. Our plantings are living things and as such their needs are ever changing. I take pride in coming up with solutions to my customers landscape challenges so that they can go home and rest easy knowing their plantings are cared for by an expert. All of my services and treatments are performed by me so there are no miscommunications between a supervisor and a technician. This allows me to become very aware and knowledgeable about each of my client’s properties.

Alâ s a straight shooter and easy to work with. Very responsive and communicative. Great with dogs, which made our experience especially enjoyable, as it can be a chore keeping your dogs away from people working in your own yard.

Al was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and honest. He is taking care of my beautiful Japanese maple tree that seems to be dying. He was very methodical in his assessment and offered a plan that would be realistic and cost effective for us. I really appreciated his effort to exhaust every remedy to salvage our tree. Al is a young one-man show. His response to my inquiry was quick, as was his in-person estimate. I live in RI and was checking in on my 96 year old grandfather. He is a wheelchair bound WWII vet. Al offered a 10% vet discount and completion of work that day. He was communicative and was clear about what was necessary and what wasnâ t. I will absolutely use him in the future for further work on my grandfatherâ s property.
