Complete Home Inspection
I've had a horrible experience with Eric. I hired him for a whole home inspection and paid top dollar. I had to buy a cooler because the refrigerator didn't work and I couldn't afford one right away. The very worst part is the plumbing. I walked into my new home and flushed the toilet and I knew right away there was a problem when it overflowed. It gets a lot worse. I have never been able to put toilet paper in the toilet. I've had feicies coming up in my shower. Of course I had to get that fixed. There is a pond of poop in my backyard. I can't afford to get it fixed. I've had estimates for $2500 . The city came out and gave it a power push. It didn't work. I spoke to Eric several times about the problem. He explained he thought the house was sold as is. Well I have a 30 year mortgage. He didn't fail to mention there a few doorknobs loose. I need help and I don't know what to do. I bought this home 5/25/25 and have been dealing with this issue every since. He knows I'm on SSI

As with all home inspections, my inspection was a visual, non-invasive evaluation of the home's readily accessible components on the day of the inspection. It cannot predict future failures or identify conditions that were not present or observable at the time of the inspection. I also made myself available to discuss the inspection findings and your concerns after the inspection.
