I requested an attic ladder be installed. The installer did not use the installation hardware and instead use screws completely insufficient for the job and made the ladder unsafe. The ladder was damaged in the installation. I may need to replace the ladder and I definitely need to hire somebody to do the job correctly. I would give this person zero stars if I could.

They were very easy to work with. We talked about options for repairs and were happy to go with any option, not pushing for the most expensive. When issues arose mid project, I was immediately informed, we discussed options and they handled it all in stride. Would hire again.

Would not recommend if you are looking for quality (at least for texture and mudding). Did a subpar job at mudding and texture match. He came out later to fix the texture and did a decent job at fixing but still not to the level of quality I expected and I've seen others be able to do much better. He claimed to do high quality work and charged a lot more than others, hence my expectations were higher. Also, the attention to detail was lacking, left a bit of a mess on the deck and carpet having specs of texture and overspray in areas it shouldn't be. I like the guy as a person he is friendly and all but he needs to learn to back up his claims or charge much less for the sub-par quality he performs, which if I had known the outcome would have hired someone else.

He contacted us with an estimate for the whole bathroom remodel. Told us he was qualified to do all the work including the plumbing. He was quick at demo and had the whole bathroom empty in the first day. We ordered all the supplies and paid separately for them from Home Depot. This is not included in that approximate cost listed $2467.41. He installed the new shower and instead of moving the faucet handles up like you would for a shower he left the tub spout and knobs down low like there is a tub when he was doing a tub to shower conversion. We asked him about it when he sent us the pictures but he said that is how he does it. He installed the new vanity and sink instead of re-routing the plumbing to work with the vanity and drawers we bought he decided to just drill holes through the drawers and route the plumbing pipes through the drawers. Then took screws and drilled two of the drawers closed from the front side so they are unusable. This was a brand new vanity. He didn't attach the sink to the vanity so it just slid around. The plumbing was done wrong for the sink and we had to have a plumber come and fix it. Flooring was nice although he did get some putty on the floor that doesn't come off. The drywall is very bumpy and the paint was a thin coat that needs a second coat to cover fully. After he was done we paid him in full. We live out of state and the pictures he sent looked good because of the angle he took them. When we sent our manager over there to look at it and do a video conference with us we could then see everything that was wrong. Also the tenant downstairs called and said his ceiling was dripping. Turns out he had completely messed up the plumbing to the shower (which was all new) and we had to have a new plumber fix it and fix the drywall on the ceiling of the unit downstairs. We paid him to haul away all trash from the tenant that he left there and anything from the demo and he left a tons of trash around. We had to have someone else come remove the rest of the trash. We tried reaching out to him and told him all the things he did wrong and how much we paid the other plumber to repair the things he did wrong and he would not respond back to us. Next time we will not give the final payment until we have someone look it over in person. We trusted the pictures he took and sent to us. Working with Arturo was great until it wasn't. Once I decided to hire him, he was transparent, thorough, and communicative and he ended up doing a LOT of work around the house. He did a pretty good job - he mostly did it all himself, but he would bring in other people to help if they were available. Because of this, the process took a lot longer and working with the other contractors (electrical, countertops) he brought in got a little confusing because he wasn't necessarily taking the lead on the work, or we were unable to speak directly with the contractors. The epoxy countertop people had to come back and re-do three different times because they did not set - so the counters are sticky and when you set anything on the counters, it becomes imprinted on the counters. After the work was done and we waited one more week to see if the counters settled, there was STILL an issue with the counters. Arturo also broke a window while he was working at the house, and promised he would fix it, but never did. We called Arturo for MONTHS after he was finished, and he kept promising that he would come back (he lives out of state, and splits time between two states, so this made him unreliable), but he never did. So now, we have counters that we are unhappy with that we will have to contract out for someone else to fix, and we will have to fix our own window. Unfortunately, we paid him already and didn't have a formal contract, so we are out of luck with Arturo. I thought that we had a good relationship with Arturo, and I am really surprised he just ghosted us, because he was professional until the job was over. I thought I could trust him with verbal agreements, but I was wrong.

Arturo did a great job with the project. Was reasonable and good finishing on work. Would hire him again.

I could not be more pleased! Arturo is the most hardworking & professional person I have ever worked with!! On top of that, he is a very nice person to work either! Look forward to working with him in the future!

Arturo did a great job. He contacted me right away and offered me an appointment first thing the following morning. He arrived on time and immediately assessed the problem and texted me photos from the roof to identify the problem for me. He repaired the leak and asked if I needed anything else and I asked him to repair some gutters, which he did as well. I'd definitely hire Arturo again. Dave Z.

Arturo came to my house, installed 4 fans for me at a great price!! I will definitely hire him again or recommend him to anyone who needs stuff done they can’t do themself!!
