Estimate of work to be performed matched those of other contractors - install indoor french drain, dig exterior window well, and install sump pump - but i liked Joe's presentation and price better than the others. After a few weather delays, the work was started on 12/18/19, and Joe kept me up to date as the work progressed. It was completed the same day, and the area was cleaner when done than it was before the job started. In order to evaluate if the waterproofing was successful, I had to wait about 10 days until we had rain, and I was completely satisfied.
