Simply amazing service and very competitive price. I left a message with three garage door repair companies on a Tuesday evening around 8:00 p.m. The first call I received the next morning was from Larry who bid the project and said they could have someone at our house in about an hour. He said the project would take no longer than 30 minutes. Sure enough, everything went exactly as he said it would. By 10:30 a.m. the door was fixed and the price was exactly as quoted. Monica did a great job!

Our garage door jammed - fortunately with car outside the garage. This one was too complicated for my husband so we looked desperately for a garage door speciaist. Aways Available answered the office phone immediately and within minutes a technician (Trey) called back and said he would be at our house within an hour. He pointed out the parts that were damaged (panel dented, bar pulled off the wall because the installation had not been done properly). He phoned the office for parts prices and gave us a firm parts and labor quote on the spot, making an appointment to return and do the repair job on the next work day. He arrived on time, did the repair in 20 mins. and charged exactly the amount quoted. He was also very courteous, pleasant, and professional throughout. This is what repair services should be!

There are several areas I would love to give them an A+. Responsiveness. Quality. Professionalism. I called in the afternoon on a Thursday and they had someone at my house Friday morning. The price was very reasonable and Dennis, the technician, went above and beyond my expectations. He also tuned up my second garage door in a few ares where he saw it needed it (even after I just had it serviced by another vendor - won't be using that vendor again) at no additional charge. If you are debating between hiring these folks or someone else, don't waste any more of your time...hire Always Available and you won't be disappointed!

The top panel of my garage door had buckled on restraint a year or so ago, and I had installed some bracing, which worked (kinda) until it didn't. At all. The opener finally wouldn't work - the last panel kinked in the middle, freezing it 3/4 shut until I freed it up by hand. I called AAGDR at 7:00 in the morning after finding it on Angie's List, and the phone was promptly answered with a cheerful woman's voice, who said she would have a tech out to my house by 10:00 that morning (I had the day off). I got a call about 9:45 from Larry saying he would be a little late, and he still got there about 10:10. He took a look and suggested a bracing repair, as the panel was structurally weakened. I asked how much for a new panel, if that was possible. He said it would be 'expensive', about $350. I didn't think that sounded at all bad, so I asked when he could do the work. He then said he could save me $25 by re-using the windows from the current panel, and that the current panel was a lighter gauge metal and a new one would be much sturdier. He said it would probably be the next day, as he had other jobs and needed to get the panel. He actually came back around 3:00 and did the work that afternoon. By 5:30, I had a fully-functional garage door system, with the opener re-calibrated and everything lubed so it made much less noise. Everything looks great and you can't even hear it from within the house anymore.

Two garage doors moving stiffly. Had not been fully serviced in 15+ years. Replaced all rollers and pulleys. Work was quick. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and quick.

Purchased the service, scheduled then installed on the same day. Can't get this kind service anyway.

Excellent! They called me immediately, came out the same day, fixed the one opener (needed a new motherboard), reprogramed my remote and then serviced my other garage door opener.

There were a few complications with scheduling, but the owner made it happen by coming out to do the job himself. He was quick and explained the functions of the opener to me and it is working great.

They came within twenty-four hours both times. Repair person was very knowledgeable and competent! Gave us three options on garage door openers. Stayed until we understood all the programming etc. of the model we chose. Said our garage door was in great shape, rollers were in great shape did not need to do one thing to the door itself. in other words, did not at all try to sell us anything that we did not need. Garage door spring broke on Easter Sunday afternoon 2017. I called just to leave a message and the phone was actually answered and we made an appointment for Monday at 9:00am. They were here at 9:00am and repaired the spring. I would 100% recommend Always Available Garage Door Repair!

work was on time, and fast. programmed all the remotes to work with both doors. took the time to teach me the features on the inside opener buttons and outside keypad. yes, they wanted to add on some tune-up type stuff, but it was honestly needed -- and the price was fair. now both doors are running like new again, and whisper quiet.

Trey showed up within an hour after I called. He was very professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed of everything he was doing and why. He tightened the chain and replaced a bushing inside the housing. He had the parts with him. He did not try to sell me any service that I didn't need. The job was completed in a timely manner and the garage door operates very smooth and very quiet!

Exceptional. A+! Called company on Saturday morning and Dennis came out the same evening. Dennis arrived on time, explained the work, did the work, and finished in the time committed. He was very professional and friendly and seemed to know his trade well. The garage door feels more solid and smooth then I ever remember it being, it was literally like getting a whole new setup!

Monica came promptly (within couple hours of my call) and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. She was great. Installed all new rollers and lubed the spring.

It went very well. I was happy with their work and will call them again in the future for anymore garage door/opener repairs. The price was fair and it took them less than an hour to install.

Everything was excellent! They were available to install the garage door opener the day after it arrived from Amazon, and did the installation in one hour. They took away the old opener as well, so we didn't have to deal with the disposal. They did the work for the advertised price ($99), and no additional costs when they finished. Would recommend them to anyone needing a garage door opener installed.
