The installation that Phillip provided was very professional, timely and the service was provided at the quoted fee. Phillip was also very personable and I would call him again for service.

I've known Phil for about 15 years. He's the "Go to Man" for dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, refrigerator-----Always fair, punctual--excellent work

For the first visit, I was thrilled! Philip arrived and was able to order and get one of the parts to fix my fridge. He came back the same day with the part and fixed it. He had to order the second part and said he'd come back. I paid for both visits and both parts. He never came back. I called and he'd answer and say he'd call me back but never would. This went on for a few months until I finally gave up. I wrote and sent him back and took he left at my house and he still never contacted me. As far as I'm concerned, he stole my money. Do not hire!

Philip arrived to home as scheduled, diagnosed the problem with my KitchenAid dishwasher and replace the drain and replaced the panel - the dishwasher works perfectly and for a very fair price. The next month, my KitchenAid microwave stopped working - called Philip again. He came the next day, arrived as scheduled, and fixed my microwave in 1 hour. I could not be happier with his service. He is professional, prompt, fair and knowledgable.

Phillip promised he would be back with the part. He took the deposit, and we never heard from him again. I've tried all of his ohone #'s. No Response. We also paid for him to come out and look at the oven. Don't use this guy

He previously did the same repair on 2/16/2016 and returned on 3/7/2016 because the leak restarted inside the fridge. On that same evening, the leak began again and he came on 3/8 and announced he needed to purchase a "repair kit" because the insulation was breaking down in between the freezer and the fridge.  He installed the repair kit and the fridge was no longer cooling, so he pulled the whole unit away from the wall and pronounced the compressor had gone up and the refrigerator was not repairable. He left quickly stating that he would reimburse us for the kit, however we put a stop payment order on his check. <br />

I received a call from my tenant that the gas stove wouldn't work. I called Always Best on the recommendation of another service provider who had previously helped me with the rental house. The owner immediately answered the call although he was on the road returning from another service appointment. Turns out that he was within a few miles of the house, so he turned around and was at the house within 15 minutes from the time my tenant called! He showed her how to work the gas oven and range and replaced a faulty igniter switch. Thus, my tenant's problem was solved within an hour! His prompt response removed something from my "to do" list before the ink was dry!

He saw that the drier was broken immidiately and left soon after. I was charged $84 and although I understand that time is money I felt as if he could have taken a closer look at it because of how much I paid. It turns out, the washer fixed itself a few days later.

They arrive on time, had the parts in stock, completed the job in short order, and charged me for a very reasonable price for both parts and labor.

Technician was very friendly and professional. Repair required ordering a part (timer). The part came in a week later and was installed quickly. Machine has run well since.

REPAIRMAN DIDN'T SEEM TO KNOW HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT TO FIND THE PROBLEM. REPLACED A FUSE THAT HAD BLOWN, AND COMMENTED THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. DIDN'T TRY TO FIND OUT WHY THE FUSE HAD BLOWN. WHEN THE FUSE BLEW AGAIN, HE CAME OUT AGAIN, REPLACED IT AND SAID IT MUST HAVE BEEN A BAD FUSE. WHEN IT BLEW THE THIRD TIME, HE CAME OUT AGAIN AND THIS TIME REPLACED A SWITCH AND THE FUSE. NO PROBLEM SINCE THEN. MY WIFE CALLED THE OFFICE ABOUT THE SENIOR'S DISCOUNT, AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL HER. NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE.
