We hired them to do repairs to our home following a tornado in July 2022. This company was created to defraud everyone they can. Customers, subcontractors and insurance companies. They did not honor their contract by never showing back up to complete the work as written.

BEWARE. We contracted Alzaria Construction to rebuild our home following a tornado (7/2022) and one full year later (7/2023), our house is still uninhabitable. Limited repairs were completed, and many of the repairs that were done triggered mechanical liens on our property by subcontractors who were not paid as promised. Our experience was marked by poor communication, a lack of services rendered, lies and deception. There is zero accountability, zero trust with Alzaria. From our experience, they have done whatever is necessary to deceive us, as homeowners, and our insurance company. The entire experience has been a nightmare on every level.

Alzaria is a true professional and thorough company. The contract and scope of work on the contract is clear and precise.Their employees are friendly and definitely have all the skills to do the job. They do the job right the first time. They're dependable when at the job. I would give them 10 stars if I could and would absolutely hire them again and would recommend the company again.
