Jose and team did excellent prep work and beautiful painting. The project was all trim on the exterior of the house.

Jose is a lovely person and wonderful to work with. He truly cares that you are happy with his work and will go the extra mile to meet your requests. I loved meeting and getting to know him and never need to interview anyone else for a painting job. His price was reasonable and significantly lower than other quotes. He added some additional painting at no extra charge. He is truly worthy of your trust and a gem in the world of painters.

Superb! Prompt and clear communications, excellent quality of work. We solicited estimates from three painters, Amaya's bid was 40% below the other two. Prior to starting work, we asked if, during the pressure washing, if they could also wash four corrugated porch and patio covers, which they were happy to accommodate for a very reasonable price. During the painting, they made thoughtful and helpful suggestions regarding areas to painted in trim vs. accent colors. We also asked about changing some of our planned detail painting (glass frames on French and other windowed doors), and again, they were happy to accommodate at a competitive price. After the additional tasks were added in, the amount still came to 20% less than the other bids, which did not include the additional work. The arrived promptly, left everything clean and spotless when finished. As a homeowner, we understand that there is a tendency to wonder "What's the catch?" when receiving a bid that is significantly lower than others, but don't let that prevent you from hiring Amaya's for your painting projects. You can expect exceptional work and exceptional value.

Fine. He signed the contract and showed his insurance. The next day he pressure washed the front porch and stairway. Two days later he and his partner scraped the surface and filled in some areas. Today they painted the surfaces. All looks great. I would recommend them
