Great experience. Personable and attention to detail. Very willing to adapt to needs of homeowner re: method of or use of cleaning (supplies). They do a good job and we highly recommend them.

Two two service providers who came to our home to clean lived up to their professional obligations, and did so at a price that was very good. They did arrive late, but communicated timely and clearly via email that they would be arriving late. The performance of their cleaning was not particularly satisfactory; it was adequate at best. I simply don't think they are experienced, dedicated cleaners. Their work was not bad, but I prefer to have the home looking really nice with little for me to do afterwards. This was not the case. If you are just satisifed with a very basic service, this might be good for you, but if you want your home looking really clean, I would expect there to be other services that may be a better match (though I expect them to cost more as well).

Overall it went well. My only complaints are that they didn't clean the floors underneath the beds (it was still very dirty and dusty underneath the beds) and if they wiped out the drawers in the new furniture, it was not done thoroughly and I had to re-do it myself later.

It was a hassle getting them scheduled. When they got there, it wasn't a deep clean. It was a surface clean. Their definition of deep clean and my definition of deep clean are two different things. It was not impressive. Plus, they weren't particularly pleasant, and I was given grief, well you didn't tell us you had cats. We have two cats. I didn't think it was necessary to report on the demographics of my house hold. They didn't do things that I ask to. Deep cleaning to me is you got to clean and wipe down the doors. You got to wipe the baseboards. I asked them to do stuff and some of it they just didn't follow through on so I was not particularly thrilled with them. I said I don' really believe this is a deep clean and she said well if you wanted other things done it all extra. I said deep cleaning is not just cleaning my refrigerator and my oven. I told them I didn't need them to clean my oven because my oven is clean, its like brand new. I told them don't clean the oven. I said rather than cleaning the oven this is what I want you to do. It was a lot of attitude. You try to call them and you get a voice mail and they want you to do everything via email and I don't operate that way. Two people, three hours because they said no six hours for one person and three hours for two.

Well. Would hire again if needed.

It went very well. The only thing I would change is to use my own cleaning products next time (glass, tile & kitchen floor cleaner).

Two women came to do the job. I especially needed high and low cleaning done. They were responsive, professional, and personable. This was an Angie's List Big Deal.

They were very unprofessional. And the lady in charge of the crew was very argumentative, and she broke my dust mop and just left it on the floor. They left my shower curtain thrown over the rod, bed linens were left in a chair and cleaning was not properly done. I called the owner and sent pictures and she agreed that service was not properly done and offered to come back. I said I didn't care to have that same person in my house again and no thanks, but I asked that she replace my dust mop. She agreed to replace it, and I have yet to receive that payment or any response from her. They are not professional and have to be told how and what to clean!

The two girls were great. I was informed by the owner that she can no longer continue the service because she's ending all services. I just think it's unprofessional, no advance notice in order for her clients to get another cleaning company. Honestly if she starts back her business I will not use her service.

Cleaning was ok. Somewhat difficult to get ahold of and showed up 2 hours later than scheduled.
