They come in every two months.  They're good.  I've been using them off and on for the last 12 years since I've been here.  They took care of the problem when there is a problem.  I called them and said I want the other guy because he was excellent and willing to work with you and solve the problem.

"Thank you for your review for your service we completed. I am sorry you are upset that we had to charge you above the price for Angie's List. The add was for a one time spray to your home . . The German Roach treatments are very difficult because of their habits they have the ability to hide in appliances and small areas. This treatment demands more than one treatment to eliminate them . We returned to your home three time for this treatment. We also deducted the the amount you paid Angie list from the original charge for German Roaches of $145.00. The minimum charge for German Roaches start at $150.00. We Thank you again for your support."

Jesus was very prompt and professional. He told me and my husband what the job entailed. Additionally, he also answered all of our questions and gave me us some very helpful tips regarding the habits of termites (which was our main concern). When I was 8.5 months pregnant with my second child I found a mouse in my bathroom! I called Sherry at Ambassador and she sent someone right over even after hours! They routinely take care of the pests (ants, chinch, weevel, wasps, and others) in my yard! Whenever I find an unidentifiable pest I send over a picture to their Facebook page and get a response within hours if not minutes as to what it is! With 100% accuracy! <br />

I signed up for a year's contract and highly recommend them. We had a misunderstanding regarding their ad in the Angie's List booklet and they were very fast to resolve the mis-communication and I was very impressed with the customer service. I highly recommend them. <br />

The tech phones every time before showing up. He is very professional. <br /> He does a good job of spraying the hedge however... the white fly has returned. We called and the company immediately booked the tech to come back out. I'm not blaming the company in the least! <br /> I am happy with their attitude and responsiveness. <br /> The effectiveness of the treatments will remain to be seen over the next 6 months. <br /> So far, we're happy with them in the first 6 months of service. <br />

Jesus came and solved the core of the problem. Two sepparate issues. He came and got to the problem. Bugs in cat food bought <br /> from store and bugs in pantry. Need to store boxes in platic containers so they can't invade other boxes. Boy did we get rid off alot of rice, macaronni etc. and cat fod stored in plastic containers but had bugs in the bags from where I bought it. <br /> He was wonderul, this bug problem was driving me crazy.........All Solved thanks to ambassador and Jesus. <br /> <br />
