"To whom it may concern. Yes, my company Installed a Concrete patio, actually it was a add on to the existing patio she already had. Before Installation (member name removed) was told that there needed to be French drains installed around her Home's back side, and under existing concrete, I went on to explain to her that she had a very bad water issue's. even the existing concrete that the construction company installed was already cracking just after a few months due to the water issues, she refused the French Drain Installation, I then explained that the concrete would not last that long. Until she controls her water. she was also told many times not to walk or place anything on concrete for at least 28 days, within 2 days of installing her patio she was already placing furniture,grills etc. we all watched her do this while we were installing her neighbors concrete patio as well. With all that being said, i feel that my company. did all it could do, and there will be no refund from our end. we also done her neighboros concrete right after her job. and he had no water issuse and his concrete is great. plus she never called me and told me that the concrete was falling apart. she knew there was no warranty on work before work was started because she refused french drains that would control her water issue, that was so bad the concrete foundation her home sits on is already cracked after just being built. the only thing I received was a text asking me for a full refund. and that the concrete had already been tore up. she never gave my company a opportunity to come see damages before removal. And if she has pictures of the cracked concrete , she hasn't shared. we done the labor and barley charged a thing she kept the materials and tore them out as far as i'm concerned we are done."
