Ron is a professional and courteous business owner and contacted me right away. He was willing to come to my home to inspect how raccoons might be getting into our attic crawl space, despite our efforts to trap them there. I asked him to bring a ladder to get a more elevated view of our roof, and he said he would. When he did arrive, he did not have a ladder, so we are no better off than we were before.

They were incredibly polite, courteous, and punctual. We did not realize they could not seal up animals? entry points into our home. They put traps in the attic, but that did not solve the problem of future pest infestations. What they did do, they did well. We just needed more than they were able to provide.

Came out immediately and handled the mice problem. Explained products using and how it worked. Have a program to help prevent future mice problems. Owner and staff customer service was excellent. Highly recommend them.
