Went great! Fast response to my request for service. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Fixed the problem just as quick and also left the work area clean. Very satisfied and will definitely use them again.

My heat went out and Vernon came to look at it, because he had to order the parts and it was chilly he offered for me to rent a space heater from him at a fair price. I jumped on that and within 2 days he was back with the parts and had my heater back up and running. Very professional and thoughtful. I will be using his services again.
