I am a out of state customer who has a duplex in Saint Mary’s Georgia. I hired Hamed from Anjis list without even meeting him. We went over the project discussing all the details. knowing he was a member of Anjis helped a lot.We set a beginning date and when I needed it completed by.His guys came in and laid the flooring and it looks amazing. Very happy with his work and I would definitely use him again.

Hamed oversold his services and under delivered. I would not recommend this company. He destroyed my blinds, he threw them in my garage with all the flooring he removed. He did not have any way to dispose of his mess. Several of my blinds were destroyed. He did not have the staff to complete my job in a timely manner. They were not professional painters and it showed in there painting skills. He did not use the paint that we agreed upon in the contract and did not discuss going with another brand with me. He made this executive decision himself although I am the customer. I have several areas in my home that he touched up and the color does not match. I have made several attempts to get this taken care of and the last appointment made he stated he forgot. I am not even sure at this point that I have 2 coats of painting on my walls. With reference to flooring. My floors are not leveled correctly, I am missing a bottom plate on my dishwasher and when I walk in certain areas I can feel the unevenness. I could go on and on however, I would not recommend this company! He did not complete my job in a timely manner, I had to keep my furniture on a truck for 3 days. He had debris in my garage etc... Never AGAIN!!!

I consider ourselves very lucky to have found Hamed and Nicole. We were doing a remodel of removing popcorn, paint, baseboards, flooring, design and they were fantastic. They were professional , great communicators. We will definitely use them again.

Amazing staff, quality work, and competitive pricing

I consider myself sorta handy. Hamed makes everything look so easy, when it’s not. Incredibly reasonable pricing. Detailed work. He has an awesome eye for design and patience for me to make mistakes and redo stuff I insisted on. I rarely write reviews, good or bad. Hamed & his company are humbling in their patience & quality of work.

Great service and communication was excellent. Very easy to work with. I will be using again 100% for other projects.

Hamed was fantastic. He pulled out all of our existing carpeting and tack strips and laid luxury plank flooring beautifully. He also patched a lot of tricky holes/old water damaged areas and painted with precision. Fair price and great work.

Amelia Island Home Services provided me with professional service. He was always on time and worked very hard to insure that he provided A quality work. Additionally, his fee was very responsible. I plan to keep him busy and make many referrals given the excellent work he provided me. Furthermore, because he did such a great job painting, I had him complete several other projects in my home, and all was completed to my satisfaction. He is also a very skilled handy man as well! Thanks for the Great Job!!!
