Amen plumbing was early arrival and completed there work in record time.

I first called Amen Plumbing on Dec. 26th when I discovered a leak under my house. Brittany was so good to work with. She was very friendly and helpful. She was able to get Nick to come out even though it was Christmas weekend. I can not say enough good things about Nick Cain. He came out late that night to repair the leak. This young man is such a hard worker. He is very friendly, respectful, and customer service oriented. I decided to go ahead and replace all the old pipes. Nick and Garrison worked hard for 2 days to make this happen. They were here from 8:00 am until 10:45 pm the second day. These guys worked so hard! I will never hesitate to use Amen Plumbing again. Nick is truly an asset to this company. He is courteous, very knowledgeable, and always on time. Thanks so much for everything!!

Amen Plumbing came out to my house within a couple hours after I called them about a leak in my underground water line that runs from the road to my house. They installed a new water line because the leak was coming out from underneath my concrete driveway. They started immediately working to fix my problem. They did a very good job of installing a complete new water line so they didn't have to tear up my concrete driveway to fix the old water line. I called other plumbers but they couldn't come until a couple of days! So I am thankful for Amen Plumbing! Job well done!

This company is top-notch. They came when they said they would. They were very fairly priced. Everyone was extremely accommodating and professional. I couldn’t have asked for more I definite five star rating.

Had a Kitchen leak emergency. Amen plumbing came within 24 hours and were able to fix the PVC piping leak issue. Would recommend and would use Amen Plumbing again. Great customer service. This company trains their staff well.

Excellent service! Nick was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectul. We hired 3 plumbers to defect a water leak (high water bill) and he’s the only one that noticed it was a simple issue and the toilet needed a new flapper. I highly recommend this plumber.

I have called Amen Plumbing 3x since November for different issues we have had and they have been excellent at taking care of each issue. Chuck has helped us out with 2 different emergencies and Nick came for what we thought was a small leak. Each time, the team with Amen Plumbing was kind and professional. They were able to rapidly fix the issue, supply us with options at a reasonable price and gave us the best workmanship. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know for any plumbing issue. We had a slow leak from an improperly installed shower head connection in our upstairs that leaked onto our Master Bedroom ceiling. Chuck came out scoped the problem through the wall and was able to find our leak quickly. Since remediation was needed he returned to fix the problem once that was completed and was always on time and kept great communication with us throughout the process. A few weeks later we had the city text message me we had a leak somewhere else as they could tell water was being used 24/7 by the meter. Nick came out and diagnosed a problem with the durapex that was used to connect our tankless water heater. He fixed the leak and gave us an option to replace the remaining durapex under our home. Chuck came out yesterday as the durapex started leaking again in a different spot before we could schedule the replacement they had suggested. It was leaking all over the wall and had split very close to the tankless unit. He replaced all our durapex on Super Bowl Sunday and saved us as it was flooding the crawlspace. I can not thank them enough for handling all this and doing it quickly. We really appreciate you all at Amen Plumbing and will call again with any other plumbing problems that come up! Thank you!!!

I have never worked with a company that kept me so in the loop with a technician coming out, thank you Brittny for such a great job keeping me informed. I took about 5 minutes explaining the problem to the technician and with his 40 years of experience, he immediately knew what the problem was, which was nothing he could fix, and told me I needed the septic tank pumped out. But he still took the time to prove to me, located the lid to septic tank and never charged me a PENNY!!! He even told me once they pump septic tank out, he will come by and inspect, treat and put cover back on himself at NO CHARGE. Go figure. I read the reviews on Amen Plumbing before I called/texted on a Sunday night, so glad I chose someone that cares about their clients, and not the almighty dollar. Their business name says it ALL!!! I’ve got to throw this in, this was my dads house, who’s 86, has dementia, under hospice care and my sister and I take turns staying with him. Without knowing the root cause, many companies could have taken advantage of the situation and run multiple test to prove the problem, run up a high invoice, but Mr Martin’s (technician) experience, was to take care of customer or offer the alternative solution. This is how locally owned businesses flourish. Please use Amen Plumbing!!!

Our main water supply line started leaking on Thanksgiving. We called an initial plumber, who dug a little around the leak but could not find the source, and eventually gave up. We called a second plumber who also dug a bit, but then quoted us for a five figure price to dig a new supply line that involved tearing up our driveway. We then called Amen plumbing for another opinion, and are incredibly glad that we did. Within minutes of checking in our crawlspace, Chuck was able to diagnose and locate the leaking line, and replaced the whole line that day. I appreciated most his sense of professionalism and expertise, as we wanted to have this repair done right and quickly. I did receive cheaper quotes from other plumbers, but chose Amen Plumbing because I trusted their ability.

Called Amen Plumbing and they got us right in on the next days schedule. It was a bit expensive but the young man worked quickly and efficiently and used quality replacement piping, showerhead, and all new tub fixtures. His work and the products all came with a warranty. He did not stop until the job was done. I would highly recommend them.

Chuck quoted the job and began the repairs immediately. Setbacks were encountered, but they worked until 10 pm to complete the main job the same day got the new line fully operational. Chuck put a contingency plan in place to run a temporary water line if needed.

They are excellent. They replaced hose bids on the house and replaced the water cut off valve. The garbage disposal broke the day before Thanksgiving and they came out in 30 minutes and got it fixed in 20. We would highly recommend them and we will definitely hire them again.

It was awesome. Chuck is a very professional man. He did a terrific job both times and didn't break the bank so to speak. I'm would hire him again and again for any work i need done. A good Christian man and a fantastic plumber.
