He put in a turtle vent which was not on the contractor. He wanted to charge me $10400 for him to fix it. I would not recommend them. They did a very bad job. They were blaming my chimney for the leak. He wont even touch it since it was not in contractor. It was not in the quote and the management would not fix the problem as well. The damage happened last year during the hail storm June 2, 2020. He was trying to get a lot of money from me for doing a bad job. He said that the roof has 7 years warranty for the workmanship but he doesn't want to fix the problem. He was dishonest, untrustworthy, and a scammer. I wanted to warn people to do not use Ameri-Pro. They would not stand by their work. They asked me to put a good review when the work was done back in 2014 and years after the warranty was up the roof leaked. I made several attempts to contact him but he did not responded. He did not wear a mask as a protection for covid when he went to my house. He took pictures inside my house and he wanted to use those as an excuse for the water damage. The chimney looked like that when I moved in this house back in 2006. He was a liar. His workmanship was crappy and you can't trust it.

They tore of an old one, and put on a new one. He also did the chimney, and the gutters. I am now having issues. The one side of my house leaks on to the windows. It is leaking into my house/basement. When I called him about it, he did come back out and check but does not believe that it is leaking.

This has been a horrible experience.  For some reason I trusted Ron and he has ripped me off.  Ron wrecked things such as ladders. The gutters leak.  I never received information on a lifetime warranty which the city requires.  I called Ron to let him know there is still a mess he needs to clean up and leaking gutters.  He would not come out to remedy the problems.  Ron also covered the venting for my gas stove with shingles, so the roof was not installed correctly.  This means if there was a warranty on the shingles it will be null and void because it was installed incorrectly.  I would not recommend Ameri-Pro, in fact RUN!

I think the individuals who came would do better working under supervision of an established company. I had Neth and Sons do some roof repairs instead in 2015. <br />

It was really bad. He never did anything that was on the big deal. He kept calling and he was really disorganized and couldn't fine a lot of different things that he probably shouldn't complain to a customer about. He never gave us a write up even if we asked for it a couple of times. It was a couple of times that he missed the appointment. He never really did anything.

It was ridiculous. They did not do a very good job as far as I'm concerned. It's a so-so job. They were supposed to do all these flashings and tarring around different things. We still have the leaks like some of the people around here. They've had water go right through their roof. I don't know if their job prevented that or is it just our roof was okay. The guy was great. He was nice and he wasa a good guy. I wanted him to come back out because we're having the leak around the chimney where they were supposed to flash and it was still leaking. When I asked them to do that, they said that it would be another charge. I didn't get any value for price. The guy who came to do the job was pretty professional. I was not happy. It was like throwing $99 down the drain.

Other than weather issues with start and finishing the job, it was a very good job done. My only gripe was that the magnetic nail finder they used missed quite a few so I had to go nail hunting....which isn't very easily done. Also, I was told 3 times that they would be back to power-wash the house and driveway. That never happened, so I did it myself. It was a big job so all in all, I was satisfied. It has since rained twice and no leaks! <br />

The company came out in February and their job was to remove the accumulation of heavy snow and ice. The ice was about 10-12 inches thick. They gave me a quote of $1500. They were an hour late each time they came. There were 3 guys who spent all day on the roof. It looked like they did a fine job. In the contract it states if there were damaged shingles they would repair them. A gentlemen came out from the company to look at the roof. He said they would pick up the shingles and come back. I have called several times and nothing has happened. We've had estimates from other companies and they informed us they don't make the same kind or color of shingles. Now we have to have a 2-tone roof or replace the whole thing.

They got on the roof and let me know everything was fine but I needed a small repair.

I called because the roof needed to be fixed as shingles were coming off.? Also, the gutters were sloped forward and leaking, causing them to not direct water properly into the downspout which caused overflow of water close to the foundation.? They did the roof, but the tenants said they felt the whole house shaking and immediately after, water started leaking into the basement.? Ron Seffans blamed it on us having a wrong sized elbow tube under the sink.? We didn't know why because it fit before they came, and we didn't know the damage was behind the wall because I had to call a plumber and he had to remove the drywall behind the bathroom sink, which exposed a pvc pipe completely sheared (broken) in half.? I had to pay plumber $350.00? I called Ron and explained what the plumber found and he refused to take any responsibility for the damage.? He was yelling at me over the phone.? Very childish. He even hung up on me.? Completely unprofessional.? He refused to return my calls.? I think it happened when they were installing a boot over a pipe protruding from the roof directly above the bathroom and that was what all the violent shaking was about.? Also, he completely ignored the gutter problem and I ended up having to call Fidler roofing to replace all the gutters for $400 and make sure they were level and draining properly.? He did another roof a few years earlier in a rental property I had, which there were not issues.? However, their unprofessionalism comes out when problems come up!?? So between the plumber and having to call a different roofer to take care of the gutter problem, I had to fork out another $750 to get all the work done that I really needed.

They did exactly what they promised, but they were really not a pleasure to work with. They came out. They didn't make it out for about three days. They solved the problem, but I can't say it was pleasant. They did what they did, but I wouldn't hire them again. He called me on a Wednesday, but he didn't make it out to the house until like Saturday. He just talked non-stop and he was kind of frustrating to work with. He fixed the problem in about two hours, but was not pleasant to work with. They did the job for no additional cost. There was some difficulty scheduling.
