Fine R/R oven igniter and works

American Appliance Service is my new go-to for any appliance repair. The drain pump on our washer stopped working on a Monday, I got an appointment for Thursday morning (other places' appointments were 1-2 weeks out). Randy texted me when he was on his way, showed up on time, got the right drain pump for our washer model, and replaced it in a timely and professional manner.

EXCELLENT and HONEST! I've used them before for a dishwasher repair & had great service from Randy. Then just used again for a fridge ice maker repair by Jason and had EXCELLENT service again! Having had 2 recent bad service experiences with a car repair & kitchen remodel, to have any customer service period in this day & age is a breath of fresh air...then to have actually great customer service -I am truly grateful! John Was prompt, honest and professional

Technician came to house. Ran a cycle through the ice maker after turning on water valve that I had shut off. Could not determine location of the leak. I paid $60.00 service fee and was told if it started to leak again to please call technician. The leak started up the next day and I called technician directly. He did not offer to come out to look at the refrigerator again and texted me unprofessional statements, blaming the problem on the previous technician.

Jason was outstanding. He did exactly what he said he would do! Friendly, helpful and everything works as planned! THANK YOU - we will call again!

Steered me in the right direction because the real work needed was covered by a recall, however he did make adjustments to my washer that was needed.

Excellent service and help

The repairman, Benji, came out on his day off. He took everything apart and discovered my spring and shock absorber were disconnected, as well, causing the "walking" that the washer had been doing. He was able to fix both by using the old parts and without any other cost! This is what you hope for in an appliance repair company- honesty and an effort to be fair. Benji has been there many years and has the utmost respect for the owner. I highly recommend and trust American Appliance and would absolutely use them again!!

Vic responded quickly to our call, came over the same day we called, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than 30 minutes. Everything was handled professionally, the price was reasonable, and we were very happy to have our refrigerator back in business so quickly without having to spend a lot. Will definitely be calling them next time we have an appliance problem.

They were prompt. First visit he had to order a switch for the range. He was back the next day and had both jobs completed within a short time.

They were able to come same day (although initially scheduled for next day). Found problem quickly and fixed. Charged a fair price.

Our fridge stopped working over the weekend. We were able to get Vic to come out fairly quickly to repair. He had the needed part in the truck and fixed it fast. He also helped me vacuum the dust from the back of the fridge/coils and fixed the clogged water supply pipe to the ice maker. All in all, it was a painless process due to his excellent service and competence. I have used this company mx times now. Always delivers.

Vic was great!! Even came back to bring me a part that I realized I also needed and with no service charge. I would definitely hire him again.
