We never had a walkway to our front door. We contacted American Custom Concrete to install a 4' wide walk. We just wanted a plain brushed walk. They did an excellent job! Now I can get to the front door without walking in the grass! At the same time they installed a brushed cement patio (huge). We had previously laid pavers in the back yard. Now we have a wonderful patio! Daniel, Rudy, Mikey and the guys were wonderful and professional. Julie was great with all my questions and comments. What I really liked is that they knew what they were doing!. I would hire them again!

American Custom Concrete widened our driveway and extended our existing patio. They also put in a walkway from our driveway to the back patio. They also installed some steps down to the woods in the back of our home. Daniel and his crew were incredibly professional, courteous, and hard-working. The cost was very reasonable. We are so pleased with the results and recommend them highly!

What a terrible experience. There is no supervisor on site despite being told there would be. I had broken sprinkler lines despite having marked them in paint and pointed out the markings. I had to correct the concrete forms because the radius was not to specifications nor was it level. The stone wall was placed in the wrong place and had to be redone. And to top it off they broke both mine and my neighbors mailboxes and refused to pay for the damage.

American Custom Concrete resurfaced our patio, replaced our steps to the back of house and the concrete steps to the laundry room last month. We were very pleased with the way it all turned out and the quality of work. They were a pleasure to work with.

After moving into our new home the only thing lacking was a back patio that was adequate to sit and bar-b-que on. The original patio had a sun room addition built over the patio which only left a patio of 3' by 11'. Out of all the estimates we received, American Custom Hardscapes was the most reasonable. And what really stood out was the estimators ideas on how the patio could be constructed to blend in with the existing patio. Once the construction commenced everything fell into place perfectly. As the lead workers stated for all of them, "I want you to be very proud of this patio and I'm making it as though it was my own." Our patio was to small and BORING! We saw American Custom Hardscapes working in the neighborhood and asked them to talk with us about our ideas. They came out and really helped us clarify our ideas. I thought there would be this long process to take out the old patio and get the new one poured, NO! One morning, old patio was there and that night a new amazing patio was there! A few days later after the concrete set up they finished the bench and lighting. We were very happy with their work, their team, their pricing, and most of all their product! Once again American Custom Hardscapes returned to my home to do some upgrades and once again we are so pleased with their work and the professionalism they performed. ACC delivered on all areas with our installation of a concrete patio and sidewalk. They answered all of our questions and the project was completed on time by professional crews. We now have not only a functional but beautiful sidewalk and patio. Their service was excellent and we would confidently use them again for any future projects.

Lousy, overall, very unprofessional team management and their customer service also is very poor. I highly recommend Angie does not send them any work at all. The customer satisfaction means nothing to this company.

I had American Custom Concrete complete a new stamped concrete patio in my back yard. This company worked with my schedule to have my patio installed rather quickly. Cheryl and Keira were excellent to work with and made sure I was well taken care of. The estimator discussed different design options while offering me a very competitive price. The installation teams were great and made the necessary adjustments to ensure I was pleased with the completed product. I'm looking forward to entertaining on my new patio. The stamped concrete looks absolutely fabulous! A few of my neighbors have commented on how lovely it looks and are planning to use their services as well! ?

This project was an amazing experience with ACC. They do very good work and are very professional, detail-oriented, and friendly. I would hire them again in the future. Costs was reasonable.

This is a very professional company. We scheduled the work in February, knowing there could be weather delays; and there were. However, they called my husband and kept him up to date on the schedule. We were lucky enough to have a few good days and the crew showed up on time and completed the work over the next few days. Very professional, nice and respectful. The project (two walkways and a fire pit) came out perfect! They completed the job and cleaned up everything--it was like they weren't even here. We are very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone. I would definitely use them again for any concrete or outside stone work--excellent.
