Jim is a master at his trade as well as an excellent designer. We asked him to design the best deck possible, and he did. We refined it a bit and he built exactly what we wanted. Even added a couple of nice touches to improve our deck. We love it and use it all the time. The screened in room was the biggest improvement from what we had. People always comment on our room. We entertain there all the time!

You mean there are other deck companies around??? If you are looking for a plain square deck or sunroom, do not call American Deck & Sunroom! Jim Topolski has one of the most creative minds we’ve ever experienced! We first used Jim when a storm took out our a portion of our deck. What a blessing! Our “ho hum” deck became a show stopper. Next we screened in a porch with Jim. Last year we added on to that screen room and basically told him to “do whatever he wanted”, within budget of course! It is amazing! He did things we never even imagined! This year he took out our old 30 year deck and replaced it with TREX. Need I say more?
