Brent did an outstanding job for us on a rental home we own in Bellbrook. We had new renters, and this was a need! One shower would not drain, the toilet bubbled, and the shower head only dribbled. I also asked for a water line to the refrigerator for ice and water. Not only did Brent fix all the drains, but he also had to search for the clean out and crawl under the house for the main. It was a big job, and it took 3 days to complete everything. I called on a Thursday evening at 6pm. I tried 5 other plumbers, but no one answered the phone. I was lucky to get Brent! He answered and came at 7 am and got everything done plus more! Really appreciated his hard work and communication throughout the day. Frozen pipe burst on Christmas Eve. Called 30 plumbers and no one would help. Brent came out on Christmas Day and fixed our leak. He charged us a fair price. He saved our holiday.

Brent responded quickly and did an excellent job of quickly finding a replacement for our unique 50 gallon heater. Excellent customer service and incredible workmanship as he had to install several new fittings on the new system. Highly recommend American Drain Dayton and Brent!

Very good and exceptional service. The person was on time and took the time to explain what he was going to do first for the clogged drain and if he could not get the problem solved, he also explained what he might have to do. Brent responded same day as request. Had challenges due to improperly installed counter from previous homeowners. Was able to remove old kitchen faucet and installed new compression fittings with shutoff valves. Took the time to ensure area was cleaned and show us features of new faucet with extendable spray head.
