Matt is great! Simply put, Matt is very responsive, professional and he provides great value for the price he charges. He answers my text in the hour. As a remote investor, he is by far the easiest person to work with. Plus when he goes out to the property, he will be on the lookout and will alert me if anytime is worth mentioning. Sends me all the pictures I need to asset the situation. I highly recommend him and his work.
