"When the job contract was signed at the end of October we told you the job would take 1-2 weeks and start the week of Nov 27th after returning from vacation. At this time you asked us to come out in the next week or so to set the two posts by the left corner of the house so you could have the sidewalk poured before the fence was put in and we agreed to do that. A few days later we got a call stating the new neighbors were also putting in a fence and you asked if there was any way we could come out before we went on vacation (Nov 13-26th) to set the left line as you didn't want the style of fence the neighbors had chosen. I told you we would try and fit it in at some point before going on vacation. At no point did I state this would change the timeline of the project. We then got a call asking to set the left and right line as you didn't want the neighbors to think you were only setting those posts so they couldn't put their style of fence up. We told you we would try and get as much done as we could before vacation. On Nov 13th, (start of vacation) we came out to set the left line posts. You said the dispute with the style of fence and placement was resolved with the neighbors and that you had a design change. We proceeded to dig holes and set posts but only got the holes dug for the wood posts on the left line and some of the holes on the right line done and when we left to get cement we had some issues with our work truck so I called and told you that we would be back after vacation to finish up the fence. I came out during vacation to take new measurements to make sure the materials were ordered and delivered so the job could start the week of November 28th like it was scheduled. On the 28th you called and asked when we would be starting and we told you we would be starting Thursday that week as we had to wait for the black posts to get delivered. Our supplier was closed for the Thanksgiving holiday so the posts weren't delivered till the 30th of November. You said that wasn't expectable so we moved other jobs that were scheduled before yours around to fit yours in sooner. We came out on the 28th and dug and set all the wood posts. While setting the wood posts Billy came out and changed the design again and asked that the right line change to black chain link at the same point as the left line so that's how they were set. On the night of 11/29 we got a call from Marissa stating the right line isn't how she wanted it and we needed to change it. When I told Marissa that Billy instructed us to set it that way, she said that wasn't possible. So we went out again on Thursday 11/30 and changed the right line to what we thought you wanted. We got a call again Thursday night stating the wood didn't go far enough back and we went out again on Friday to change the posts around. We had to wait for the concrete to set up before we could build on the posts so we finished up other jobs that got bumped each time we had to come back out to make changes. On Sa"
