NOT A PLUMBER! I hired Dave to renovate our master bathroom, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on our experience. The workmanship was disappointing in several areas. The grouting was sloppy, cement was left on doors and walls, some of the tiles were installed unevenly and is sticking up, and portions of the tile pattern were installed incorrectly. The lack of care for our property was also frustrating. After washing out their buckets, cement and grout residue was left throughout our grass, where it hardened. The project also took a lot longer than it should have because there were several days when the crew would show up, work for a relatively short period of time, and then leave instead of making better use of the day to complete the job efficiently. Some days they did not show up at all. The biggest problem, however, was the plumbing. We later discovered that the plumbing work had not been done correctly. I called and texted Dave several times asking him

These guys owe me $1,500. I put down a $3,000 deposit to have some flooring work done. After they cancelled on me several times, I asked for my deposit back. I was on a tight deadline and needed to get someone in to replace my flooring before some appliances were installed. They told me I could have my deposit back, no problem. Seven months later, I'm still waiting for $1,500 and they've completely ghosted me. Seven months ago, I told them I'd accept a payments over time, but they refused.

My addition turned out awesome. Felt like I was dealing with family. Communicated well from start to finish. You can stop shopping now this is the place to hire for your remodel needs.

We hired American Heritage to add a small laundry room addition to the main floor of my grandmother's home after my grandfather passed. Deposit was paid upfront, and a start date was given for the project. These men showed up two weeks late to begin the project. There at least four times they were supposed to report to work on the project and never showed. Furthermore, there was only one six hour work day, most work days lasted anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours on the job, and then an excuse would come up that they needed to run for supplies and would be back, to never return. The work they did was reliable and good work! Their punctuality and work ethic is another story, and leaves much to be desired. We wrote the deposit check in FEBRUARY for a 10 x 6 addition and after being confronted about the lack of work ethic in MAY they walked off the job, uncompleted. We wouldn't rehire!

Excellent, very pleased with the quality and workmanship. They did the design and did all the work in a timely manner. Both Dave and Jeff went out of their way to make sure that we were happy and were able to get cabinets, countertops snd flooring within the time they said. Overall we are so glad we chose them to do the remodel of our kitchen. Super nice guys and would highly recommend them!
