AHI was extremely professional in his business with us. He returned phone calls and was prompt at every meeting time we scheduled. He was able to find some issues with our new home that we would have never known to look for which saved us a lot of time and hassle in getting them resolved before our closing date. I also used AHI once before on a previous home we sold. Outstanding work. <br />

Mr. McNair was able to do the inspection for me in a very timely manner. He was thorough and kind and professional. I had never been through an inspection and he explained the process to me and when he was done he went over each item he had found that needed addressing, showing me the pictures he had taken to help me understand. I would utilize his services again and will certainly let people know about the excellent work he does. <br />

"If Mr. [member name removed] has been in the field for many years as he stated he would have noticed and understood that the areas marked deficient means there is a problem with the performance, safety or health hazard which is plainly stated in the first two pages of the inspection report. I've been a professional inspector for 24 yrs. full time and I always perform an inspection for the buyer without regard to the seller's or Realtor opinions. In my reports it also states if the buyer has any questions or concerns about the inspection report please notify me within 24 hours so we can discuss the concerns. To this day I have not heard from Mr. [member name removed]. Mr. [member name removed] I'm really sorry you were not happy with my inspection report and would have called to discuss your concerns. I might add that I am known in the Real Estate world and labeled "The Deal Killer" by many Realtors because they know I don't inspect homes according to what they or the seller think are picky."

Mr. McNair provided a home inspection and termite inspection on a house we are purchasing. He did a thorough job with the inpsection and provided a writen report with pictures less than 24 hours later. <br />

After the inspection, Mr. McNair said he would provide me with a complete inspection report the following day. I received a very thorough report via e-mail - 11 pages long! With pictures! (My previous experience with an inspection report resulted in a one page form with check marks and scribbled notes). This company was recommended to me by three separate people. I highly recommend this inspection company and Mr. McNair. The house had a lot of BIG problems and the report was so detailed that it made my decision to back-out of the contract very easy.
