We hired Ihor to fully update our kitchen: demolition, wall removal, installation of new recessed lights, floor leveling, painting, vinyl plank and cabinet installation. We are extremely happy with both the process and the end result - the work is high quality and the price is reasonable. The remodel was done timely and very cleanly (Ihor always cleaned up the house before he left). During the process we had a few unexpected complications (e.g. we found out the subfloor was uneven after we removed the old hardwood flooring), Ihor was able to come up with a solution quickly and communicate that to us in a prompt and comprehensible way. We fully recommend him and look forward to working with him again on future projects!

I needed to get some carpet removed and plan vinyl installed. Ihor did such a good job, things are now neatly repaired and he certainly went above and beyond on the vinyl and the baseboards.

American Homes Construction is fantastic. Ihor and Inna are incredibly hardworking and honest people and they stand by their work. They treat you as they would want to be treated, and they have high standards in what they do. They are good communicators and are responsive to the needs and preferences of their customers. I am very detail oriented and I needed a contractor who is too, which is a part of why my other half and I are so happy with having chosen American Homes Construction for the job. Our bathroom remodel had a lot of different aspects to consider, from framing to flooring to ventilation, and Ihor handled it all very honestly, considerately and deftly. We would happily recommend Ihor and Inna to any of our friends and family, because we trust them to be honest and treat our home as they would their own.

Ihor took the job and the deposit, worked one day with an electrician who put holes in the wall which were poorly patched. Then he disappeared for eight days. He he was unresponsive when we tried to contact him. When we finally contacted him he shouted at us on the phone then hung up. Now he has disappeared with the job undone and with our deposit. I could go on as there are more negative things that happened with this contractor but I’ll keep it short and just say that Ihor is unprofessional, did poor work (what little he did) and a thief.

Holes in the walls: that was first coat and not finished, we were going to finish upon our next arrival. 2. You contacted me on Friday night and I got back to you on Monday because we don't work the weekend, Saturdays and Sunday's, our hours are listed on our website. 3. I hung up because as I tried to explain why I was not able to give you an exact timing of my arrival and you began to raise your voice, as done so, I then heard someone else scream "shut up and tell us what time you will be here" at that time there was aggression. Any contractor would not feel safe coming over after that therefore, we will not be able to finish the project for you. There should always be mutual respect. 4. Disappearance for 8 days, we were making a custom vanity for you, custom orders take longer. There was no guaranteed completion date. We apologize that you feel this way and that I have to explain this over review, in writing, because you wouldn't listen when I was explaining this over the phone. Thank you and best of luck finding another contractractor."

It went great! Got a good bid. Was a good strong worker. Very amiable. Kept me informed as to when he was coming and leaving (was very pleased with this). Came daily prepared to work with proper tools and material which showed he was an organized contractor. When I have another need Flo Floors will get another call from me.

Great service very professional. Beautiful precise work. It's not always easy when fixing water damage to make it perfect ... but they did it ! Will refer to friends and family. Easy to work with. Very clear on everything to be done and what our costs would be. Firm with everything.

I could not be happier with the work done by Ihor and Flo Floors at my house. I hired him to do a mini-remodel of my kitchen and bathroom, and the results are exactly what I had envisioned. A couple of curveballs came about through the project, but Ihor navigated them with ease. Ihor and Inna were easy to communicate with (via email, which is a giant bonus for someone like me who hates talking on the phone) and always got back to me quickly. The price was competitive and the quality of the work was fabulous. I fully plan on using their services again and will be recommending them to others.

My husband and I needed new floors installed in one of our units we recently purchased. Flo Floors LLC & Tile performed an incredible job from beginning to end. From helping us choose a great product and being very responsive to each of our questions/concerns. Frequent updates of the process with a clean environment and leaving the site in a great condition. The quality of his work was beyond our expectations and just an overall great experience. Looking forward to having our tile done in the near future knowing exactly who we will be contacting!
