AHT installed roofing and siding back 2021. We recently have had some issues with siding coming off, downspout paint chipping, and some water damage from the snow at the roof/wall junction. AHT send Randel out to our house to inspect. Randel took his time and fixed each issue, going over to make sure it was done correctly. Thank you Randel for making it right.

I wanted to share our experience with American Home Tech. Back in the summer of 2025, we had water damage in our kitchen and in our enclosed porch. Apparently, some of the shingles on our roof had wind damage and were no longer sealed to the shingles below. When a wind-driven rain came along, water was getting inside. We contacted Lee with American Home Tech, and they came to our home to do a quick inspection. They confirmed that we needed major repairs—so extensive that a full roof replacement would likely be required. After several trips by Lee to our home, meeting with insurance adjusters and inspectors, and countless emails back and forth with our insurance company, the job was finally fully approved for a total roof replacement. Lee and the entire team at American Home Tech were instrumental in getting us to that point. On the day of the work, the crew arrived on time, stayed on top of everything, and completed the job the same day. This truly shocked me because, during the tear-off of the old shingles, they discovered that plywood sheathing had to be added since our 1x6 boards were not a suitable surface for the new shingles. Not only did they do the right thing by completing the job properly, but they also reached out to the insurance company again to get the additional sheathing approved. In addition to the roof work, we also needed interior plaster repairs and painting, which they completed to perfection. We are extremely pleased to have found American Home Tech and would refer them to anyone who could use their services. They work hard, have a solid work ethic, and are trustworthy. You won’t go wrong hiring this company for your project.

Super easy and painless experience. Someone was here with us every step of the way to replace the roof. We’d never filed a claim on home owner’s insurance and the tech sat down with us and called to get the claim started, met the adjuster here to be sure they documented everything, and then worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was wrapped up. The crew was very respectful and cleaned up the property nicely. High quality service and high quality results.

Robert and his crew came out and did an amazing job. Everything was clean and orderly. The project itself was thought out in Advance with material being staged two days prior. Furthermore, they were polite and respectful, and even went as far as making sure my wife’s flower bed didn’t get damaged in the process. It was a pleasure to have these guys working here at my home. And was the quality of work that they put in I doubt I’ll see them anytime soon sadly.

Using American home tech was an amazing experience!

The job crew came and quickly put a whole whole new roof with no issues after job was done. The yard was nice and clean and kept neat. The crew worked together very well and were quick and efficient.

Can someone tell me how we can get an American Home Tech representative to inspect the new TPO roof their company installed on our home? We are concerned that the "service walkable roof" will be damaged due to rocks and debris that the installers left under the TPO. We've been calling and emailing since June 10, and they refuse to come out and, at least, inspect. Now, we're down to just getting no response. Has anyone had this issue with American Home Tech before?

When a storm hit in July 2025, we again went with American Home Tech. Thet had already installed a new roof in March 2025 but mother nature had different plans for us. I called American Home Tech within 15 mins after the storm passed. I talked to one of their great staff, Noell, she told me that they would have a crew to my house in less than 2hrs. They arrived in a little over an hour, which stunned me as well as all my neighbors who also had damage and needed help. The owner of AHT personally came to our house with the crew and he was able help the crew remove the tree within about 4 hours and talked to others and helped them out as well. The next day a crew from AHT returned to finish taking down the balance of the tree and had one of their staff work with our insurance company and us to work out the details that were going to occur in the future. Noell also even came to the work site to see if there was anything she could do to help with the process. Having worked with AHT in the past and trusted them, we immediately asked them to do all the work needed to put our home back together. After a few months and a very large amount of interior work, roof replacement (again), new gutters, and soffits, and also electrical work performed by (Jason) and his crew at such a high standard of quality, the project has been completed and we are so grateful for the many number of AHT personnel that has been nothing but professional and extremely pleasant to work with each day. My wife and I cannot thank American Home Tech enough for getting our home back.
