, From the person who came to do the estimate, to the roofers and foreman, to the clean up everything was very professional. Ray explained in great detail the advantages of their roofing material, the timeline of the job, and the costs. The roofers who did the work were very professional and keep us up to date on every item. The cleanup was very well done. An excellent experience with everyone with this company. Would recommend to persons looking for a quality roof. <br />

Scott and his crew of guys worked h****** putting our roof on during the most grueling winter conditions.  They finished our roof in about four days.  I was not there on the final day so I had some questions and concerns.  Scott came back with his guys in the spring, answered my questions, cleaned up the yard, and even fixed a piece of siding that was broke during the install.  I was very impressed with Scott.  He did not make me feel as if I was being annoying with all of my questions and concerns.  While I still have some slight concerns he reassured me that it was nothing to worry about. <br /> The cost was a bit extreme for us but we made the splurge based on the idea that we would never have to replace the roof again.  We were lured in by the discounts but had only a few days to decide to make sure we got the discount.  Because of wanting the discount and the tax rebate we did not have time to research other options.  In hindsight I would have looked into other options such a standing seam roof although Mike Campbell, the American Metal Roofs salesman, assured us that the roof we have on is of much higher quality than a standing seam roof. <br /> Mike was a very good sales man.  He definitely had his sales pitch down and sold the product well.  He made us feel as if we were buying the best roof on earth.  He was attentive to selling the product and picking up the checks but was a little less attentive with follow up.  I contacted him regarding submitting forms for my insurance company and getting a $500 rebate for looking at 4 roofs and the show room.  I also contacted Trista at the home office regarding this.  It took several weeks to get the form to my insurance company.  My agent even contact them with no response.  I did not hear about the $500 rebate for longer than the insurance paperwork.  Finally Mike sent me an e-mail saying that he had explained this to us prior to the sale and that we had to submit it before they put the roof on.  Well we did look at the four roofs the weekend after we first met Mike and had not made it to the showroom prior to getting the roof put on.  I am still a little bitter about this because I do not feel as if this was explained plus if we had already decided to put the roof on, why would we need to go to the showroom?  Mike also contacted us about two months later to see if I was sending in my referrals and posting my review on Angie's List.  I told him about some of my concerns and he said he would come out the next week.  He cancelled and said he would put Scott in touch with me.  I did not hear from him again. <br /> Overall we are happy with the product but for a $35,000+ roof we expected no concerns or complications. <br />

They were extremely courteous, thorough and very clean. They listened to every one of our requests. The price was horrible but for what we got it was great.

Our installation was flawless, from what I hear, the Wisconsin division adheres to the same quality of products and installation. We had our roof installed 3 years ago and it still looks as good as the day it was installed. Numerous compliments and absolutally no worry about the roof or any roof maintenance. <br />

After signing contract roof installation was started within 3-4 <br /> weeks.  It took about 6-7 working days to put on new roof (during hot <br /> weather, so couldn't work all day).  Crew arrived each day in a timely <br /> fashion, and crew leader was very nice and easy to work with.  Have had multiple complements on how the roof looks.  The only issue we have had with the roof at this point is after it snows.  After each snow event of over 3-4 inches, we get large volumes of snow coming off the roof onto our deck/sliding glass door, our front porch area and our sidewalk area.  After a 14 inch snowfall this winter we had enough snow come off the roof at once to seriously hurt someone or pet.  Also, there was significant damage to bushes in our front yard.  There was very little discussion at the time of buying the roof about this possible issue.  We will be installing snow guards on our roof before next winter.  We feel we should have gotten better advice upfront on possible snow issues with this type of roof. <br />

They did an excellent job. They were professional, worked hard, and worked long hours. We had one issue and they came back immediately and fixed the problem. They cleaned up everything after the job. About a year later we had a bad hail storm and they called us afterwards to make sure everything was still okay. We were very impressed with them.

We recieved a mailing about American Metal Roofs, my husband was interested in getting a metal roof so we called. The president of the company came to our home to meet with both my husband and I. He explained and showed us in great detail how the roof is installed and about the materials used and gave us an estimate. We picked out the type of roof and color that we wanted and we put money down to order the materials and within a few weeks they were ready to start putting on the roof. Also about how the workers would conduct themselves on our property. Our roof was installed and all materials were cleaned up and kept neat through the whole process. The Crew were very polite and cleaned up after themselves daily and were very knowledgable and did a very professional job. <br />

<br />Beginning with the first contact with Mike Bresler, the sales consultant, we were amazed at how carefully he inspected the details of our roof and attic ventilation. He was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Seeing a variety of shingle samples helped us decide on just the perfect choice for our home. The friendly, professional crew arrived promptly each day until the job was done. They were exceptionally dedicated to the job throughout the day. When asked, they provided complete answers to any questions we had about the process. This business knows roofs and ventilation systems far better than any of the other roofing contractors we met with. Our neighbors have given us many compliments on our beautiful blue shingle roof. We couldn't be happier! <br />

The crew arrived on time and were very professional, all wearing uniforms and were polite (no crude language or blasting radios), and remained focused on the work. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and actually never let scraps, nails or other items litter the area around our house. Installation took 3 and a half days. Because metal roofs have snow sliding off, they installed snow guards, which break up the snow a bit as it slides off over doorways. One person had to come back a couple of days later to install them.  We noticed an average 5% reduction in energy use over the last two years. With really loud, pounding rain, we still don't feel the sound is louder, but at a slightly higher pitch. After the novelty wore off, we really don't notice it and neither do our guests.
