Since 1989 we have been here to take care of all your plumbing repair needs. We are a licensed, insured and bonded plumbing contractor. Our master plumbing license number is LMP #556. Our in-area service fee is $65, and our licensed plumber will quote your price prior to beginning your project. In August 2023, I had a slab leak. Mr. Terry from American Plumbing came and did a leak detection. It was a cold water line slab leak and I had to get 1 cold water line rerouted.. Fast forward to January 2024, some tiles in my floor felt warm to touch which I knew had something to do with pipes. I called Mr. Terry from American Plumbing and he came out that following Monday and performed a leak detection. It was a hot water slab leak from 2 lines. This time, Seth and Logan came out the very next day to reroute 2 hot water lines. One to the washer and one to the kitchen sink. These two guys are so awesome. Again, very knowledgeable and answered every question I had without hesitation and without getting annoyed. This company is top tier. From the initial phone call with Chelsie (both times) to Mr. Terry coming out, to Seth and Logan performing the repairs. I recommend this company everytime.

They were on time and did really good quality work. The work was done fast and it had started raining during the time they were working, but it didn't stop or slow them down. I couldn't have ask for a better company to do my work. It's such a joy to find a company that you can trust to do a great job at a very fair price. They will be the first company I call if I need anymore plumbing done in the future. This was the second time that I have had them do work for us and I couldn't be more pleased. If you're looking for a company that you can trust to do top quality work for a really good price. Look no further.

American Plumbing fixed the problem of a leak in my slab. First they ran a camera to find where the damage was, and it showed some pretty bad damage in the pipes which as my home is over 50 years old, was not unusual. They quickly jack-hammered the slab, removed the rotten iron pipe which I could see was ate up, replaced it with pvc and tested it until it was perfect. Then they neatly replaced the concrete and I was in business. Everything went smoothly and Terry and Mike were on time and very courteous, answering all my questions in a way I could easily understand. I now consider them my Family Plumbers and it is a relief to know I can rely on them if I need them again.

The work that the plumbers did was high quality and efficient. The reason I gave such low marks was their communication with me and price. I set up an appointment for a Friday. They didn't give me a time but said we were "third on the list" so to expect the afternoon. At 2 pm, I hadn't heard from them so called. They told me they were planning to call but hadn't gotten to it yet. They told me they had 5 jobs that day. I had taken time off of work and they clearly could have known that morning that they would not make it to my job. They then could not come until the following Tuesday afternoon and completed the work on Wednesday afternoon. The total time was about 5-6 hours - $1375 seems high for that amount of time. Also, they had to open part of my wall but now I have to get the wall part fixed. Now- their plumbers were very personable and did quality work.

Called because of a leaky toilet. He ran a hose down my toilet 135.00. No blockages found. Then he carried the 30year old toilet to my backyard and asked for a hose, ran the hose 4min. Told me something must be in the toilet 110.00. 49.00 service charge. Total 294.00. When called to complain to the company, he told them I already agreed to the price, not true! I did pay them like I do for other companies I hire to do work at my house. I would never agree to pay 110.00 dollars to have an old toilet carried out to the backyard and have a hose run thru it for 3minor less. I have a lot of work done at my house with different companies... Never have I felt so ripoff and taken advantage of, nor have I ever felt the need to write a review. <br />

We always advise the customer in advance that we may not be successful and if we are not successful the toilet would need to be replaced. We have checked our previous invoices and previous work lists and this customer cannot be found. We are unable to confirm that this was actually our customer."
