We are tackling some long overdue home projects. Once we began looking at our shed, it became apparent that we needed a professional to handle mediation of the mold and mildew inside of our 25 year old freestanding metal shed. Marshall hit this task head on, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Our 25 year old shed has made a transformation that quite frankly looks brand new on the interior. He was very punctual and completed a day earlier than scheduled. We would highly recommend American Quality Restoration.

Marshall was excellent to work with and I highly recommend this company! Our builder installed our master shower wrong, which caused the damage that can be seen in the pictures and soon as Marshall was called out, he began to get to work immediately since we were obviously concerned with all the mold growth that had happened. He brought in a specialist to test the type of mold and the air quality in our house so we didn’t have to worry about breathing this nasty stuff in. He was in constant communication with us during the entire process and came out once per day to check the progress of the remediation. From start to finish, we started the remediation process on Friday morning and by Monday morning with daily checks from Marshall, he was able to take his equipment back and complete the job. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable!!

Was really impressed and quite surprised. Owner appeared to be so young, but immediately I knew that he knew exactly what he was doing. He not only did his job and exceeded expectations, but he even took it upon himself to help our team get rid of all the debris that should have been gone before he even arrived. Other contractors would have left in frustration, but instead he jumped right in without any complaints. He never charged us extra and did quality work. Extremely professional.
