I had a wonderful experience with Clarence from American Roadside Assistance. I was on my way back home to Orlando from a business trip in Tampa. I was about halfway home when my tire blew out and I didn't have a spare. I had a difficult time finding someone to come and tow my vehicle back to Orlando. I contacted American Roadside Assistance of Orlando and was greeted with great customer service. Clarence was kind and very considerate when setting the price. It was evening time and I was a woman traveling alone. Clarence arrived rather quickly, especially since I was still about an hour away from Orlando. He was very respectful and a gentleman. I felt safe and very comfortable riding with him. I would recommend this service to anyone ,

Really great! Clarence was the truck driver. Super nice guy. Showed up within 30 minutes of the call. After we dropped my car off at the shop, he offered to drop my off at my house (a couple miles away).

Very well, was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and prompt service provided, and the cost was very much affordable. My family and I were stuck on the side of the road and after the experience I felt like ,I not only got the help I needed, I also felt like I had just made a friend.
