Richard was very professional every step of the way. From the initial phone call to the finished repair. I didn't even get other bids because I was so comfortable that he would do a good job at a fair price after talking with him a couple times and I was right. He found a couple extra areas that needed attention once he got into the repair and he fixed them without charging me extra. They were able to do the work 2 days earlier than scheduled/expected, which was a blessing due to the excessive recent rains and the leaks. He took pictures of the repairs so I didn't have to go on the high roof to verify the work was done property. There is a 2 year warranty and since we will be selling the building soon, he is even transferring that warranty to any new owner. Couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish.

They arrived when promised, photos of the work were sent as they progressed, and were done quickly and efficiently . I had moved and the work had to be done so i could sell the house. They also made sure the 3 yr warranty transferred to the new owners.

The previous owner installed shingles on my backyard patio roof which ultimately caused water to sit on the patio roof because the roof was a flat roof design. Over a period of time this caused leaks in the patio roof which began to leak through the lighting fixtures and rot some of the wood under the shingles. Richard, the owner, advised me that since the roof was flat, we'll need to install a tar roof designed for flat roof surfaces. Mr Richard is very personable guy and has good customer service. The roof install date was delayed a bit however Mr. Richard kept us in formed throughout the entire process. The install only took one day and all the leaks were gone and to date we still do not have any leaks.  <br /> <br /> The only thing I was not happy about was that the crew did not do a good job cleaning up. They left shingle rock run off all over the patio concrete and furniture. I found several roofing nails in the back and front yard which also cost me a flat tire on my car. In addition, the roof was completed in black materials, yet upon repairing one section they completed it in white tar causing the aesthetics of the completed job to look awkward.

The came8 AM with a full proof professional trucks your men's were professional they completed the roof and I was satisfied 100% and I am a subcontract all my work will go to Richard Ephraim. American 1??

Went went well. The job was a one day about 4 hrs to complete. I had to get this job on a timeline due to my insurance carries. They receive the paperwork in a timely manner and we were all pleased.

I am very pleased with the finished new TPO roof that has reduced the temperature inside my house during the hottest part of the day by ten degrees because the sun reflects off the white TPO seamless roof. <br />I have had many compliments from my neighbors that have flat roof houses. The roof has new flashing around the entire house and looks great! <br />I would highly recommend Richard Ephraim with American Roofing CO to install a seamless white TPO roof on any flat roof buildings. It was an excellent investment with a thirty year warranty that last a lifetime time.
