Everything was fine.  We had 2 fans to put up and he put up both.  One of them didn’t work and he said he would come back after we got another fan, in a week’s time.  When he came, he charged another $65, which we didn’t like, as it was not our fault.  It was a pretty good price and on the day he was supposed to comeback, was bad, as he forgot.  He was supposed to be here by 7am and he didn’t show up until 07:30 am, then I called him and he didn’t show up until 08:30am, which was a problem.  I may not use him in future.

I had to plan every step of the way - knowing certain items of the re-do of our kitchen had to go first.  I contacted American Services and the owner came over the first day.  We reviewed what I wanted, he then went around  the home/areas et al, and told me what was possible.  <br /> I then tied this in with the supplier/installers of the appliances and counter-top - as well as the carpenter I used.  All this went very smoothly as American Services did their work in a timely  and professional manner.

Technician cleaned burners and flame sensor and tested circuits. Filter was in good condition. I was charged $174 for this job which should have been much less. Invoice did not itemize job time, or detail of charges. Seems a bit high. I'll price compare next time I need furnace service.

Estimate was given in a very professional, knowledgeable manner. Answered questions regarding different water heating systems available and pros/cons of those systems. Did run late on installation date but called to keep us informed of the delay and progress. Installers were very professional and competent. Once the weather turned and the humidifier system was activated, a problem became apparent. They came out within a day and fixed the problem. Front office personnel are very polite and easy to work with.

They were very professional. Some of the duct work that they had done got separated. They had to come back and reseal it. Other than that we were pretty happy with them. They were pretty straightforward about what we really needed.

Micah Jones, the co-owner of the company, is a pleasure to work with. Always answers the phone, even on his "days off". His guys are professional as well. They were always on time, or called to let me know about a delay. I think I overpaid a little for this install, but I had a good feeling about Micah, so I was willing to pay a little more for that peace of mind. Turns out, it was worth it. I'll use them again, including the small stuff little furnace and A/C tune-ups and cleaning.

They were a bit overpriced and I thought it was more expensive than what it should have been for the work involved. The pilot light was going out and the guy determined it was the thermocouple. It took about 45 minutes for the work. I will probably not use this company in the future.

The owner comes to your home and does a quote for you. He is very interactive and nice. They did a good job. Some of it was sloppy, but when I called about it. They informed me they would come back and fix the issue, which they did. I will use this company again in the future.
