After initial contact on a Saturday night, Patrick was willing to come to my house on a Sunday morning, was able to get my AC unit running, and also did a tune up. Later that day, when something else went wrong (a separate issue), he came right back out and took another look, and was able to determine what had to be done. We set up a time for the next day (today) to get it repaired. When I got back from work, everything was working great. Patrick responds quickly to messages and calls, and was awesome about keeping me informed about what was going on even though I wasn't able to be there while he was working on the repairs. It was refreshing to work with someone who was willing to figure out what was at the root of the problem instead of simply fixing the "symptoms," and he helped us avoid a potentially catastrophic situation. I highly recommend him, and will be calling him for any future issues.
