Good work was performed.

On time, showed up when promised, excellent clean work. No issues. Did an excellent job!

First year of service, 2017, was okay. Had to have them come back 3 times to properly dispose dead branches in my adjacent woods. Also had to have them come back 3 times to properly remove 1 of 2 saplings from my flower bed. At the end of 2017 season, Mauricio asked for the iron hammock frame (no longer used) I had in my yard. I gave him that, the hammock and my lawn mower. Mauricio was aware that I am a single, female homeowner and asked why I didn’t “have a man”. I guess this was all the reassurace he needed to slack and become a BULLY in 2018. I asked him during 2018 spring cleaning to please remove the sapling he was supposed to remove in 2017. He decided to remove it when my irises were in bloom and his crew trampled the bed, uprooted the iris bulbs and did not replant them. He said they "will grow back". Mauricio was aware I was receiving chemotherapy treatments for cancer. One afternoon he and his son mowed my front yard but skipped the sides and back. I was home at the time. After they left, I called and informed Mauricio. He demanded I come outside to show him where the back was not mowed. I had pictures taken and sent them to Mauricio. He ignored the photos and came to my front door screaming "HELLO!" and knocking loudly and then went to my sliding glass door in the back and started pounding on my door for me to come outside. Because I thought he would break the glass door, I finally went outside and yelled at him asking "What do you want, just mow the lawn!" When I showed him the areas that were not mowed, he merely said "He missed a spot". His son then used a weed whacker to barely finish my back lawn. Additionally, he and/or his crew would break low hanging branches that were in their way and leave them to die rather than cut them. Afterward he informed me that his crew did not appreciate the way I spoke to them. The “crew” members were he and his son. He also informed me that he found other customers in my neighborhood and my lawn was not worth it to him because the other customers pay more.

They are very nice but the workers really cut corners

I hire Mauricio to remove about 50 bags of leafs from my property. After doing the work it turned out to be 110 bags of leaves. Mauricio never complained or charge me extra from the original price negotiated. Mauricio also made great suggestion and was able to re-do my interior courtyard at a great price. My home looks great in-n-out thanks to Mauricio and his guys!!! I would highly recommend American Total Services to any one in need of fast, reliable and quality work.

Working with the owner and his crew was delightful. Very professional and hard workers, so much so, I have given them another job at my home and my parents home.

I paid for 4 hours of landscaping or 2 hours for two men. Well the two men did work but not at the same time. One would work and watch the other and then the other would work and watch the first man. Both men were very polite and courteous; however, the work I thought I was paying for did not get done. Plus they didn't have the right equipment so couldn't trim the tree or bushes I needed and instead of weeding by hand they used a hedge clipper which chopped the flowers and the weeds but did not get rid of the weeds. Plus they were here for about 1+1/2 hours not 2. When I called the owner he was rather nasty when I told him I wasn't happy. He explained that 2 men and 2 hours or 1 man and 4 hours. That would've been great if that actually happened. Either way I would never recommend these people, especially the owner..

I ordered the service on June 9, 2017. I was contacted via e-mail on June 15th to find out what type of work I needed to have done. I received another e-mail on June 19th instructing me to call him to schedule a date. The work date was scheduled for June 22nd. 2 workers showed up and I told them the flower beds needed to be weeded. Instead of pulling the weeds or our using a hoe, they shoveled up the top soil and put the dirt and whatever was growing in the top soil in paper leaf bags. Several perennial plants were dug up and lots of weeds were left in the flower beds. They almost finished doing the work within the 2 hour time frame. They seemed to slow down as they got closer to the end of the 2 hour time frame. Then I was told I had to pay for another 1 hour of work if I wanted them to finish. I paid the extra money to get the job done. The bags of debris were left at the curbside for local pick-up but my town garbage collector refused to take the bags because they were full of dirt. I had to call American Total Services to come and pick up the bags of dirt. They came about 4 days later to pick up the bags. I wouldn't hire them again for weeding. They might do better with the other services they offer.

Excellent hard working crew! Worked so fast that I was able to add an additional job. Cleaned up after landscaping. Looks professional.

A lot of work but well worth it

The team did a great job. They were pleasant, thorough, and even did some minor organization changes to my kitchen that I've actually kept at their suggestion. Someone even polished off my table on my deck. They worked efficiently and quickly; there were no noted breaks that I saw, and the entire house was done in a very quick time. I felt the price was reasonable, versus the days it would have taken me to do this. I will likely have them come back again for future deep cleans and repair work.

The team was fast and thorough. I haven't needed any other landscaping help, although they do a few things, but when I have a project, I'll be calling him first.

Not well. Arrived late. Full time not given. Pruning unprofessional and incomplete. They asked to borrow my clippers and saw. I had to call to get my clippers back. Never got to weeding.

Showed up on time. Job supervisor made certain work crew understood work to be accomplished. Workers were polite and professional.

Arrived and did a great job.
