Job well done. Price very competitive. Jimmy called the week before to schedule the day and called the morning of to confirm the time. The crew showed up right on-time and they cleaned up well. I would hire them again.

Every year when I need an annual tree trimming before hurricane season and every time I need some tree job done I call Roy. Roy has always done a great job with the trees and has always left my property clean. His crew is polite and efficient. They worked all day at my house today and they did a great job, as always. I have worked with a few tree removal/trimming specialists over the years and none has been as professional as American Tree Service.

They did a good job removing the tree in the front and stump grinding. This took a few days, a couple hours here and a couple hours there. Then the trees in the back were sort of trimmed. It got dark, so they left a ladder, climbing gear and didn't pick up the trimmings. Also, left both of my fence gates open. Said they'd be back to finish, but just picked up the ladder about a week later. We cleaned up the back yard. He also said he would sod where the tree was removed and bring fertilizer for one of the trees in the back. Never happened.

I was very pleased with American Tree Service. They did what they said they would do and did a great job. During the visit to see the prospective job and give me an estimate, they provided me a copy of their FL license and insurance certificate along with a very specific written estimate and description of what they would do. And they did exactly as they promised. Work was done well, on time and with no damage done to the surrounding landscape or structures. Additionally, I was very impressed by how meticulous they were about cleaning up the debris from the removal. There was quite a bit. But when they were all done, my yard and driveway looked great! I would hire them again if need be.

It was so quick and easy! It was an excellent price for the job. I would definitely hire them again.

These guys were AMAZING. Their customer service was great. They called multiple times to offer a quote and set up an appt. They kept in touch throughout the day, keeping me apprised of when they would come. When they got here, they were kind and professional. They were extremely knowledgeable about the trees we were dealing with, which was very helpful to us. They went above and beyond what we initially hired them to do. They did a great job. They were quick, clean and exceeded our expectations. They were so wonderful, my children even made them a thank you card! We asked for business cards because we will be telling EVERYONE about these guys. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. So thankful for Angie's list helping us find this company. Excellent professional service. Response was same day and quote was extremely reasonable. Would definitely hire again.

Our community had trees trimmed and they have grown back nicely and are prepared for the hurricane season. We also had hedge removal and the replacement plants (completed by our existing lawn maintenance company) are growing as planned. Jimmy was easier to understand than the other bidders.

Work was done right. Results were complete and above expectations. Cost was within our expectations (we received a few quotes prior to hiring this contractor). We will hire them again for future landscape projects.

Although we had several companies, we really felt William knew his stuff and wanted to make sure all of the work was done right. They called when they finished at night and told my husband it is $250 more than they quoted. My husband paid him and told him that he can’t see it all right now, but we will need him to finish trimming the side palms and fertilize the new tree (which he already said he would do when he came back). William disappeared. I texted the main number 561.723.0380 to let the owner know and they had him call me. He promised he would be by in about a week. Still waiting. Three weeks later.

He did a great job! Showed up on time and got the job done even though it was a bigger job than he anticipated

Fair Prices & Prompt Service. Trimmed the Tree's and took the branches with them. Jimmy & Roy were very nice to my Dogs too.

Roy is the best!!!!!! I called him and he came over the next day to remove the trees, and, grind them and we picked out some replacement trees. Everything was done within 2 days. They cleaned up everything and now my home looks beautiful

They provided all documents required for our HOA. We purchased the trees and they picked them up. They had to work within an existing landscape area and did an excellent job without damaging any other plantings (one firecracker had to be removed since we chose to plant a palm further away from the house). They also had to remove some border curbing which was perfectly replaced. They provided instructions when they were done to help us ensure the new plantings will flourish. They were pleasant to deal with and we would definitely recommend them. See palms below.

The tree was trimmed and all the waste was taken away. They were punctual and very aware of what care my tree needed. Will definitely use them again.

My experience with this company was wonderful! They cut down the trees the same day I called for service. They were fast, skillful, and friendly. They even swept the leaves left behind and left the property very clean. I highly recommend American Tree Service.

Jimmy returned the call promptly and came out for an estimate that afternoon. He, Roy (co-owner) and crew came back the next day with all the appropriate Insurance/License info and began work immediately (which took two days) of clearing out/removing the debris, felling the two large palms (approx 5000 lbs each) as well as stump removal. I will be asking for an estimate from them for regular tree maintenance in a few weeks, after things calm down from the storm.

They made no appointment to give me an estimate and came and did the work while I was out without permission,

on- time on- budget Very competitive pricing. Call these guys and quit looking.

Had a difficult time keeping an appointment. They were a no show on two different appointments. Then showed up at our door unannounced wanting to start immediately and we felt pressured to accept their terms do to the difficult in getting them to show up. Finally, after they set the price for their work the front man had the gall to ask for a tip. Tipping an employee where the industry typically offers low pay makes sense to me. But when the owner of a business is doing the work and setting the fee, I feel like tipping shouldn't be necessary or expected.

Perfect. I wish all services went so smoothly.
