Founded over 15 years ago by husband-and-wife team Bill and Kathleen, American Vision Windows was born out of a desire to provide a reliable, improved service after their own frustrating search for energy-saving solutions. Today, it is the number one window replacement company in California and Arizona. Willy was our service tech today to repair the screen situation in one of our sliders. We called right away when we discovered the problem since the windows and their screens were barely a week old. We were able to get scheduled right away for the following week. Even though there was a scheduling mistake in their system which brought a tech to our door 1 day early and 1 hour later than expected, we were able to reschedule it. The service tech who came in was Willy, and he was great. So punctual, communicative, gave arrival check-ins and updates.. he was great about being careful with the brand new carpet and was also willing to teach me about window screens since I’ve never seen that kind of work before. Friendly, courteous, informative service. Thank you, Willy.
The installation team was also great about that-but I’ll need to return when I have the paperwork with their names in front me to mention them by name.

Had 11 windows installed for 15k, still chose AVW even tho their estimate was higher. You get what you pay for is what I was going for…. Well I wish I went with the other company. The silicone job they left after installing the windows is the worst silicone job I’ve ever seen, my 10 year old son could do better than what these “professionals” left. The make up of these windows is nothing like what they show you when they’re giving you the sales pitch, our windows have gaps all over. You gotta also worry about them installing the wrong windows that don’t me egress requirements, now we gotta have three new windows Uninstalled and newer ones reinstalled in order to meet egress requirements. Who in their right minds would let the same company take on the task of fixing their mistakes? Not me. I asked to be refunded for the three windows not meeting egress in order to go else where to have them reinstalled. They offered $750.00 for three, the quote I hit for three windows was close to 5k from a local window store. I strongly do not suggest this place. Customer service is a joke and their work is a joke.

The production of the product took a little longer than expected, but as soon as the windows were ready the install was super fast. The guys finished all 18 windows of my home in 1 day! The communication with the office can be improved, but overall I has a very good experience. I would definitely recommend.

The project went very well. The crew arrived promptly each day and cleaned up after themselves each afternoon, leaving no messes. They were professional and worked efficiently. The doors are gorgeous--particularly the bifold doors. And the company was quite responsive to a post-installation concern, acting on it immediately.

Original estimate was for 2 weeks from signing but apparently delays in window delivery resulted in 5 weeks. Work was done amazingly fast in 2 days once materials were delivered. Spotless work.

Diego was an impressive sales person and we had done our research, so we signed up the same evening. His knowledge of construction aided the process immensely. We had the order filled out that night in a marathon session! with all design decisions made. Measurements were taken again on appt., the order was placed. Windows came in on the earliest date given, and we scheduled the installation. A flock of installers and windows decended on our jome and old wimdows were flying out and new ones in, and by the end of the day most windows were done, only the sliding glass doors, the custom eork and the back door were left and took 5 more days to complete. We really enjoyed the craftsmem who were doing these jobs, they were so talented and worked hard every day. We were so glad to tackle this kitchen wimdow becaise the demo showed the old structure to be rotted. The skill and expertise of these men that worked on creating a whole new design is much appreciated, and the whole house is so much more comfortable with these new timted and heat resistamt windows. Quieter too. The company was respmaive to any concerns amd communication was very good throughout the job.

Once I had signed the contract it was hard to get a response for estimates on additional services and I finally just gave up. I had to request a return visit to fix sealing and caulking which had gaps and the repair was done promptly.

Please note that not only did I buy replacement doors from this company I also purchased a roof top solar system (Gina was wonderful to work with) and exterior Tex-Cote painting. Total cost of project was around $70,000 so the lack of professional and customer service by Gene B. in reference to the doors is notable.

<p>Amir was our salesman who spent so much more time than those other salesman from other window companies. In fact we had the price before he walked out the door. We also did the Lowes and Hiome Depot estimates...Forget it . I want a warranty from the people who sell and install the windows and doors. We entrusted Amir to install 41 windows, entry door, dining room french doors and two sliders. The installers were just as he described...THE BEST! Constantly cleaning, cutting, installing, one lunch break and back at it. On time and delivered as promised plus more...Customer Service!! Hats off to Amir and the team at American Vison Windows and Doors!!!! Plus if its in your area take advantage of the HERO program too.</p>

American Vision is WONDERFUL!!!! Not only was <strong>Tom Fisher</strong>, our "project manager," very nice and not pushy but he explained everything so that we were comfortable with this large investment. We started out only expecting to replace the sliding glass door & one window and the order expanded. We were amazed when we saw the difference these windows will have in our home for keeping out the heat/cold. (One room gets direct sunlight so it gets really hot in the summer.) <br /> When he can today to check on the installation process, he made sure everything was running smoothly. In talking to him about how great the rooms looks and that we won't be putting up the old blinds, he mentioned they do window coverings. No pressure & he showed us a product that is perfect for our needs. We ordered shades for five windows from him. (That was another $960.) <br /> I would recommend American Vision to anyone needing windows and/or window coverings. They have a great product, the windows look great and we are very pleased. I'm looking forward to getting the new shades. <br />

Dealing with American Vision Windows was fantastic! I really appreciated how well they adhered to the time frame established for installation. It took into account my schedule. The team, who did the installation was clean, professional, and responsive to questions. This company is clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction. In ordering, I neglected to specify I wanted dead bolts installed on all three sliding doors. I made one phone call, and very quickly the additional dead bolt was installed. American Vision windows also used top end insulation material around the windows, which will further help to keep the house comfortable. Finally, they did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day. Everyone I dealt with from this company was easy to work with and totally customer oriented. Great experience! <br />
