Went very well; Tom explained to me what they where going to do; I really noticed the difference in my condo, summer will really be when I see how the blown in insulation makes a difference in keeping place cooler.

In the attic

Fantastically well! I would highly recommend America One Insulation to anyone requiring insulation removal and installation. Their team worked non-stop to remove all the old insulation in our attic; putting in a 12 hour day. David, the owner of America One Insulation, followed up prior to the team arriving (a father and son) during the removal process, as well as that evening. One could not ask for a more professional company to do business with.

The experience with America One Insulation was seamless and professional beginning with the quick email response and quote to the workers, Augustine and Augustine, that did the work. I would definitely use this company again and high recommend them. The difference was very noticeable.

David was very friendly and easy to work with. He explained the whole process along the way. They also went out of their way to correct other problems that were encountered. The cost of the service was very reasonable.

It was a very easy and pleasant experience. Tom came to my house to do an inspection after we met him at the Fresno Home Show. He went into the attic, took some pictures then came down and explained what was in the attic. He then explained our options and recommended what he thought we should do. He told us about their process, sealing the air out of the attic with foam, checking our AC ducting before adding insulation, putting in rulers to measure the insulation, then sealing the lid with rolled insulation and weatherstripping the access. He gave us a very good price and we agreed to the deal. When they came out to do the job to my surprise it was Tom and his helper. The helper (i forgot his name) put on his coveralls, mask and shoe covers before he went into the attic to seal it. Tom then put in some covers for the wall corners and carpet cover before bringing in the hose. When it came time to blow in the insulation, after bringing in the hose Tom went out to start the machine in the truck. The process took about 2 to 2 1/2 hours from start to finish, after the helper finished adding the insulation they invited my husband to look in the attic to show him the difference, they then showed us the lid with the insulation added and sealed the lid with foam. After this, Tom removed the hose and the carpet protection, then the helper vacuumed up the closet and any insulation that was there. We couldn't be happier with the whole process and would definitely recommend Tom and America One Insulation!

I met them at a home show and set up a time for free estimate. Mike came out and did a pre-inspection and took some pictures. Came down and showed me and my wife the pictures. He gave us a recommendation and showed the product that would be used. It when over the the product and installation process thoroughly. We scheduled for the work to get done after getting a quote. The price was less then competitors. They showed up early, did a great job cleaning, took pictures for us to see. I even took a peak and the showed up me what they did. They did a really good clean up. They did everything they said they would and left my house the way they found it.

Not well. It was to be installed in about six weeks. After repeated calls, excuses, and broken promises, we still have no awning. About three weeks ago, We requested the return of our $3750 deposit and even agreed to take payments. Now the owner (Dave) claims he has no money to pay us. We are taking legal action.

American One was prompt and came when they said they would. Dressed professionally and had the highest performance level as for courtesy and cleanliness. Would recommend them to all my friends. <br /> Having the insulation made a huge difference in the comfort level in our home and our bills.
