I have used America's Construction Experts before and once again they were great. David the owner, communicates so well. Tim, his main employee is wonderful. He is a perfectionist. I had a cabinet facing that needed to be replaced and he took it off 3 times until it was level and correct. We had several other small projects and he took care of them fast and expertly. They are a wonderful company. I am going to call and have another project done. I highly recommend this company.

My husband and I are VERY happy with America"s Construction Experts. We initially hired them for a bathroom remodel that turned out beautifully. We've never hired anyone before for something like this, but David (the owner) is very personable, kind and willing to work with you to make it more affordable. The installer was very kind, respectful and does great work. It was such a pleasure working with them that we hired them to remodel our unfinished basement. The quality is top notch. Everything turned out awesome. David was always checking in to make sure we were happy and everything was ok. My husband and I decided that we would most definitely hire them again.

David contacted me within minutes of my request. He was always on time, professional and affordable. I have never worked with a contractor but have heard horror stories. Never once did I feel I was being taken advantage of. His team did an excellent job, they finished in a timely manner and were very courteous and respectful of my home and company. Bathroom was a complete tearout and renovate. David was EXCELLENT to work with. Installer Tim was AMAZING! On time every morning and never quit moving during the workday, Except for occasional noise,I almost forgot he was in my home (I must mention my four dogs accepted him as NO THREAT). EXCELLENT QUALITY WORKMANSHIP! The only "glitch" encountered was the fault of the tile supplier - Tim rejected the quality of the tile and David required the supplier to replace it. These guys are the type of character and craftsmen that EVERY business wishes they could find. I could have found slightly cheaper contractors, but past dealings with "long established" other area contractors have resulted in significantly less quality of craftsmanship that Americas Construction Experts is dedicated to providing. David is now working on the estimate for a complete kitchen remodel. As a retired Director Quality Control, I can state that Americas Construction Experts delivers the type of service and craftsmanship that is well within the "Best Bang for the Buck" scope. Hired for two complete bathroom remodels. Project never finished, un grouted under vanity, light fixture installed upside down. Tiles chipped everywhere and lipping. Grout lines in both bathrooms are insanely large. Both my bathtubs now have bubbles coming out overflow and they didn't before. Damaged vanity and bathtub, that I was told wasn't their fault. I have tried to remedy this with the owner and I got from him, is that I got functional bathrooms, so I have nothing to complain about. The job was done nice, according to the owner. He turned everything around on me and that I had bad intentions. If I could give no stars a definitely would. This has been a nightmare all around and I have to get both bathrooms redone. Also the owner has now stopped responding.

We thought enduring all the obstacles, installer did a great job. Client would not let us do final touch ups. We even offered to rip out both bathrooms and have one of our seasoned installers replace both tile jobs. Client did not want a resolution and we waived over $5,700.00 in balance owed. Not sure what else we could have offered or done."

I hired them to totally renovate my second story bathroom. My issue is the work was not completed properly, the toilet was installed on wrong side of room, the shower door was installed backward. He moved the toilet and fixed the shower door, but then the toilet leaked into my hallway because it was not sealed correctly. Now when the shower is used the water comes through my recessed lighting into my newly renovated kitchen.

We had a seasoned installer that installed over 26 bathrooms for us in 2019. Installer made a decision to flip toilet because of client mobility issues and layout of shower. We decided to put toilet back and flip shower door opening for ease of entry. Client used toilet and toilet did leak. Client using shower for the first time vibration caused remaining water from toilet leak to leak into kitchen recess light under bathroom. Things happen. It's remodeling. We fixed all issues and client had zero leaks. We removed the damaged drywall and recess light offering to replace. Under circumstances we feel we did the best we could under duress we were under."

I had 2 bathrooms remodeled, very well done, except in one bathroom the worker, also named David, was supposed to check the venting in the fan/light for proper ventilation. He said he did check it but did not. Two years later I found out there was mold in the attic and the ceiling had to have new drywall installed two years later. Since he did not check the ventilation by going in the attic and fixing the problem with the ventilation, I have had to pay someone else again to fix my bathroom ceiling.

Excellent service and workmanship. I was given an estimate of 3 days for the removal and installation of a new marble shower surround and the job was completed in 2 days. Tim is a very hard worker and there was no mess during the demolition and installation. Highly recommend this company for any home improvement needs. David was very helpful in choosing the right material for the job and met me at the store to give me advise on what was a good choice and what was not.

David R. is friendly, professional and, best of all, punctual. Any remodeling project is stressful; but David's personality and availability helped to alleviate most of that stress. Dave M. did the work on out bathroom remodel from demolition to the finish work. He is patient and great at problem solving. We would recommend them for any project. I know we will be using them again.
