I was very pleased with Nick. He was very courteous and professional. He did go into detail about what services he provides, and he did tell me certain areas that he was unsure if he would be able to get it clean enough, that way I didn't end up wasting our time. However, at the end of the day - he was able to get the spots and stains out. I am very pleased with the service. If I was still going to be in the area, I would definitely be a repeat customer! It was a great experience! Arrived on time as scheduled and was professional. Never thought my dingy old carpet could look this good. After they were done steam cleaning the carpet it was dry in 40 mins and i could move my furniture back. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!!! <br />

i had an appointment with another cleaner in town and they did not show. I called America's Finest and they fit me in and cleaned 4 rooms and a hall plus tile in 1 room which they did a great job on. They showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. They did not charge me more than what we discussed and i was very happy with the job. My carpets and tile look great. I will call them back and have them clean my carpets again. Totally Satisfied, <br />
