Sales rep was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions regarding their windows versus others. Sales rep and production manager were willing to work with my schedule for signing papers and taking measurements. Production crew was fantastic. Arrived on-time, were respectful of my home, didn't take them long at all!, and still did an excellent job. Production manager always let me know time table during project. Good job cleaning up materials afterwards. Manager made sure I was completely happy with job... and I am!

Awesome salesperson and windows. Installation crew was horrible. Left screws and debris all over. Had to remove and reinstall the windows because of such a horrible job on the installation. They used white caulk on the inside of the house and it was very sloppy. Not a real positive experience.

Amazing did a really good job. The clean up could have been better, however their customer service was superb.

They honored the caveats I put in the contract, worked with me on special orders and were extremely diligent,courteous and accommodating. I would definitely hire them again and would refer them whole heartedly to others. I actually really enjoyed the experience!

Job is not finished. However, payment has been made. Contractor has not returned my phone call and letter.

I was impressed with the office personnel that I dealt with, they really catered to our needs. But, as far as the installers go, they were relatively slow and hard to communicate with. They did a good job as far as quality goes, but they were difficult to deal with. I had to stay home one day because they couldn't figure out a way to deal with us having a dog in the back yard.

the time line i had in mind was more within 4 weeks and it was more like three months. I wish i was more aware of the time line. I expected problems, that is only normal. But I am very satisfied with my home. I have people stop and tell me that this house has needed this type of repair for as long as they could remember. It's a nice looking house and it needed help outside. The workers were very nice and I'm not normally an outside person but enjoy being outside more now. I still have a little painting to do and am now waiting for cooler weather.

The buying process was very easy but we had problems with the installer. Once we got the focus of his boss and the salesperson, we were able to get a new installer who completed the project.
