They gave me a really good price, they were professional, quick and responsive.

The wood was substandard with rotted pieces both in pickets and boards on back side. The dog ear tops did not match. Manual came out and marked the bad areas (90) pickets. He said he would replace all bad areas. After many calls and text messages. He quit answering our messages. We had a lawyer send him a letter. No response so now we are going to small claims court. The fence he installed is still up. His contract says there is a five year warranty. It has now been a year. Very disappointed.

Well and they fixed the connection between my fence and neighbors.

Hard working, competent and very experienced. It has been in place for two plus years now and looks great. The timbers on the bottom of the fence keep the fence itself from contacting the ground. It is very easy to trim the grass without damaging the fence.

Went great. Best price of 3 quotes. A/M team removed the old fence when necessary to deliver a greenhouse. Then reinstalled it in a position 4 feet further out of the original position to make needed room. Added a gate, repainted everything, did some small metalwork repairs. Work crews were very polite and explained all being done. This job went outstandingly. Will definitely hire again.

A/M Fence came and repaired it. They took care of it quickly and the price was reasonable. I would certainly use them again, and plan to when I get ready to install an brand new fence.

This company is fantastic. Fairly priced, competently run, and just an over all joy to work with. The owner was in constant communication with me and they did a beautiful job! I cannot recommend them enough!

<p>Manuel came out and took the measurements, made some suggestions of different ways I could do this and save money as well as get what I wanted in the fence.  The guys came out and got to work immediately and did a fast great job!! They cleaned up well and left no mess.  Made sure I was happy with fence before they left and scheduled when they would be back to install the gate operator.  They came back as scheduled and install operator.... Everything went as scheduled and promised. Timely and thorough. Cut branches in 3 foot lengths and stacked on my curb (as requested) because city was picking up the next day. Attention to detail was very good. <br />

<p>Carlos and crew hauled off existing brush piles, cleared a brushy area, cut down and removed dead trees, then repaired and replaced sections of overgrown chain link fence, making sure it was dog safe for our dog who had been ripping holes in the previous chain link fence. They installed new fence posts, and an new relocated gate, removed an obsolete gate, and repaired a weak section of fence. They installed a mail box, repaired some shingles, and painted our deck. All work was very professional, although I had to point out a couple of places the tension wire was not tight enough, and have them add some tie downs. Also a corner of the fence was not terminated as I wished. They made all adjustments I requested cheerfully, and assured me they would do what I needed to be satisfied.</p> <br />

They were quick to complete -- which was important since the fence was down due to tornado -- professional, competitively priced, and cleaned up everything beautifully after the work was completed. The fence looks terrific as do the two gates. <br />

Manuel passed me off to Chance Mills for the iron work after they both came out to give me an estimate. The cost wasn't cheap, but it was on par with other estimates, and I didn't get a feeling the others would be able to match the panels, since they were no longer sold. He also appeared to pay close attention to the details of what was needed, and he had some creative ideas for closing gaps along the bottom of the fence on the sloped surface. <br /> Chance scheduled the work a few weeks ahead of time, and he followed through on getting it done. He had to remake the panels from scratch, since the panels were no longer made. He assured me this would look identical to the others, and it does. <br /> The work was very good quality, and he took care of a few touch ups (existing loose screw on connection to neighbor's fence; desire to have more mesh panels on small gaps along slope) I pointed out after the main job was completed. <br /> The gate pin that dropped into the ground that had rusted loose was welded back and painted, so the double gate could close cleanly. Two other gates had the hinges re-welded, so they could be aligned. Now they close cleanly and easily. <br /> I was pleased with how he chose to close the gaps along the slope by using a black mesh that was welded nicely to the bottom of the fence where the gaps were. While it isn't particularly decorative, it is effective, and it doesn't stand out. This should keep out the animals (wild and domestic) along the pond near our house. <br /> The other touch ups of bending a lot of the bottom of the bars that were hit by the mower over the years, were all fixed, and you can't tell where they were. A loose bar that had been weakly cemented and glued in the past was solid. <br /> All in all quality work, and Chance handled the job professionally. $2500 was a lot to spend on fence repair, but it was legitimate work that was compounded by having panels that were discontinued. <br />

The work is holding up. It's a nice, strong, good-looking fence. The price was acceptable and competitive. They were right on time. Afterward, you couldn't even tell they were there. They cleaned up well.
