I used these guys for over a year maybe close to 2. They had keys to my 10 units where they would service in the event of any tenant maintenance calls. After so much time I trusted them, and prepaid $5,600 for future invoices. Shortly after this, they stopped maintaining my units, started writing me nasty emails, stopped picking up the phone. Just old fashioned scammers. Don't be fooled by the high road they present. Terrible people. They also disconnected the tenant autolocks so my tenants were locked out of their apartments. They won't return the keys I've given them and causing significant damage to my business. I can't believe I'm finding myself in this position with someone that got me so good. And they still owe me a lot of money.

"No customer had ever paid 5600.00 in advance for unforseen work. [Member Name Removed] never paid his bills in a timely manner. [Member Name Removed] even left my Company an A rating , covering our work and professionalism. His tenants all loved us and would call us directly for work repairs that we ran by [Member Name Removed] before ever doing . I made the decision to stop working for him , when he wanted to get a black family out of one of his properties and told me to shut of electricity to them. That is Illegal and Something I or my partner want nothing to do with. He had his Dad go in and do it , the tenant then started calling me at mid nite screaming because his 4 y o daughter was scared. That was the end of us ....Check his properties in Manchester , they are tagged Condemned, and for good reason. I am a landlord, [Member Name Removed] is a Slum Lord , wants his rent but won't fix his properties. Manchester Police finally issued a warrant on him for locking his tenants out , shutting off their heat and electricity. Fire Marshall worked with me on a number of issues, most of all renting a space without 2 exits / entries, which makes it a death trap. [Member Name Removed] is a bitter young boy trying to play in a man's game, and he doesn't have the skill or the knowledge yet. My company left him , but we still wish him the best, hopefully no one dies in any of his properties before he grows up and treats people like people, and brings his properties up to liveable standards ."

I could not have been happier with the results of the yard clean-up that was done by Mike And Louis.. they left no stone unturned .. I would very highly recommend AMI HOME IMPROVEMENTS to anyone needing landscape work.. Thank you Mike Sullivan for a job well done

I would highly recommend AMI to anyone looking to update or have repairs performed on your home. You will be 100% satisfied with your decision. I just wanted to thank Mike and his team for all the hard work and dedication. He always had everything completed in a timely manner. He always reassured me that he would correct any issue or concern I had and made it a better experience. I think it is natural to have some anxiety as a customer to go thru the home repair process and [he] always kept me informed and explained the process well. I will definitely have AMI complete ALL my housing repairs in the future. Thank you for always taking my call at all hours of the day and thanks for being patient with me as a customer. I am truly grateful! AMI has gone above and beyond with giving guidance, answering questions, and just making the house repair process stress free.

Michael was very professional on time and courteous. I hired him for my mother's house who is elderly and needs help around the house. She is very happy with all the work and will be hiring him for more jobs around the house in the future

My aunt passed away and I inherited the house. It is over an hour away from me and AMI offered to watch the house for me. He has been doing maintenance and keeping an eye on everything while I've not been nearby. He is trustworthy and very fair with his pricing. He has been great. I would recommend him to others.
