5+ Room Interior Painting or Staining
I contracted AMM Builds, Mario Martinez, not because he was low cost bidder but primarily his commitment to a thorough quality completion. Work involved interior painting 10 rooms. There had been no interior updates since house was built in 1979 with 47 years of wear & tear. Painters removed difficult popcorn ceiling & wallpaper. They carefully moved and covered furniture. All wooden baseboards, window sills, scratched panels, hall spindles were painted. Rusted A/C ceiling vents were replaced plus a hall A/C vent made to look like new. A metal garage entry door was painted on both sides. Mario’s team updated bathrooms countertops and sinks, replaced a damaged door to a bathroom, removed smoke discoloration from fireplace stonework, added trim on entrance wall, updated lighting, kitchen sink disposal unit, spray hose, and a broken vinyl strip, replaced toilet tank parts and broken marble floor tiles. The work was finished on schedule.

Mr.Martinez was very professional in all aspects of his work! He remodeled my kitchen/bathroom counterops and installed a beautiful custom glass shower. I was very pleased with my experience with them and I definitely recommend them to anybody in the austin area!

AMM Builds redid my old bathroom into a beautiful walking shower. This was needed for a disabled person in our home. Work was done timely and expertly.
Recently did work in shower wall and foundation. Again outstanding work. Finding leak and repairing. Did Sheetrock replacement in closet and new flooring in master bedroom. Would hire them again👍
