Amos Pump Service

As a repeat customer, I can say that Billy never fails to deliver great customer service at a great price. He is honest and knowledgeable. We had an issue with our sewage exit drain pipe after record rain. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. After the hole was dug he also noticed what could be another issue and upon further uncovering, he was 100% correct. Our pipe was semi disconnected just a bit further down the line. Taking care of that problem too while the hole was open saved us money and headaches! Our system is up and running well and the price was more than fair. If you want an honest, knowledgeable contractor, hire Amos!

Had an appointment to get our well pump checked on Thursday. It died the Saturday before the appointment. They came our on Saturday afternoon and had it fixed before dark. Amazing dedication to customer service and never once complained. Just got the job done to restore our water. Thank you Amos Pump Service! I could not recommend them more. I'll never call anyone else.

Very, very well! Billy had another job earlier in the day, but kept me aware of the situation and came by to take a look at around 4:30pm. While I was convinced the lack of water pressure was caused by the main water line from the street, Billy checked everything out and, in less than 30 minutes, figured out where the problem was located and what to do. And, of course, it was not the main water line (as I suspected). In fact, Billy figured out the problem and got the water pressure back on without putting a shovel in the ground!! Who knows what would have happened if I contacted a less-experienced, less-credible individual... Fantastic job!!

I've had Amos out to my Canton residence several times to clean out my failing septic system. Most of the time they came out the day of or the next day a called them.

They were very responsive, scheduled to arrive in 2 - 3 hours after calling and even arrived early. Were honest as to only what part needed to be replaced and completed the work quickly. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

Very well....pun intended. FYI I rated price as a "B" but honestly, I think it could have been much worse. They spent some time troubleshooting and avoided pulling the well pump up...in my opinion a sign of true professionals. They could have made a **** of a lot more money off of me if they wanted. Additionally, Billy, the owner showed up part way through the job even though their office is a good 30 minutes away. Ended up the leak was a failed pvc joint out in the yard. They found it without digging using a very large "cake tester". A small, hand-dug hole, some new couplings and a bit of glue and we're back up and running. They also pumped up the well-tank bladder, swapped out some tired parts and installed an additional check valve while they were here. I heartily recommend them for well servicing.

Our technician from Amos Pump Service came the following day to diagnose and replaced our tank on the spot. The procedure only took about an hour and they the new tank is working beautifully again.

The team that showed up were very prompt and efficient. The quickly located the tank, put tarps down to hold the soil and grass and cleaned the area after they were through. <br />

They did a good job. I only paid for the big deal. There was nothing else I paid on top of it. Everything was great about them. I had no dislike. Everything was fine. They were very professional. They came on time. They came with what they estimate; no extra and no surprises. I will definitely use them again. <br />

After a particularly heavy rain I noticed that the well water in my newly purchased home had clouded up a bit. I contacted Amos Pump and they came out and went over the various situation that could cause my issue and what they thought would be the best way to address it. I agreed that as a initial attempt it made sense to raise the well pump up off of the bottom of the well and install a whole house water filter. I made an appointment to have the work performed and it was done as they said it would be. The water has improved dramatically and is normally clear. I am going to play around with various filter options and see what happens. <br /> The bottom line is that these guys didn't come out to the house and tell me that the sky was falling and I would need to spend thousands to take care of the issue. They didn't promise me that my water would be 100% perfect after the intial work was performed. They told me the truth and said that this is the way they recommended going initially and that if I wasn't happy with the water quality after the job was done that there were other options available to me. <br /> I would strongly recommend, these are local people that make the customers feel like a neighbor instead of a number. <br /> Thanks <br /> <br />
