While the owner and his subcontractor who powerwashed my deck were very kind and knowledgeable, and he did a beautiful job with the portion of the deck he cleaned, I was extremely disappointed in the continual delays, schedule changes, and miscommunication. I hired them to powerwash the deck so they could paint it. After I received the invoice for the powerwashing, I went ahead and paid it out because it was phase one of the project, was less than 20% of the overall project costs, and he was roughly 80% finished. He was due to return in the morning to finish up so they could start changing out the boards in preparation for painting the deck. It rained the next day (May 13th) and he was unable to return, which was completely understandable. The issue that I have is that here we are going on a week later, with plenty of sunny days having passed, and they've yet to finish the powerwashing. This is unacceptable.

Everything went very well. Martin and his Team were extremely responsive, professional, thorough and interacted well with our Tenant. In addition, his pricing was equitable and he kept me posted of the job progress from start to finish. Our goal is to build a long term, mutually beneficial relationship with Martin and his company.

AMR did a fantastic job. The walls and ceilings are beautiful. I will definitely hire them again for future work. Friendly and pleasant to work with, too.
