Cleaned gutters fine but didn't do the down spouts very good at all. Didn't find out until it finally rained and 4 or 5 of them had blockage. They were going to come back out and fix the issue but first no-show was due to my misunderstanding that I was supposed to confirm the appointment, second no-show I confirmed the appointment and no one showed up once again. Have sent two messages requesting what the problem was and have not received any response back. Will not be using this company again.

This was a purchased deal. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It was easy to schedule with them. They spotted a problem with the level of one of our gutters, too. They were a bit late, but that's because our old address was still attached to the deal. Work was quick, tidy, and well done.

I am not sure how to even begin to write this review. There is nothing positive to say about the experience we had in trying to get out deck fixed except that the young man who was left here to do the work was polite if inexperienced. "Enrique" who was the "head" on the job was also quite nice at first. Our deck continues to be a mess, Enrique, who was the only contact we had on the job, has promised over and over to come and fix the problems and never shows up, and we have no recourse in getting our money back or the work properly done. I cannot show all the photos of the shoddy work to our deck due to the 10 photo limit, but there are plenty. I hope they give you an idea. I am happy to be contacted in order to send more. We have called and made contact through text several times with Enrique and he no longer responds or promises to be here. Perhaps that is better than setting appointments and not showing up?

Basically, it rains instead of snows during the winter in Texas. Thus, we rescheduled a few times because it was raining on a few days they were scheduled to come. Easy to communicate with them and got work done (including loading and unloading a ladder) in 15 minutes.

They did a good job, but unbeknownst to us, they had a time limit on the Angie's List special we purchased, They got about 2/3 around the house when they came to me to say that if I wanted them to continue, it would cost us more. We declined, so they packed-up and left. We felt a bit deceived by this -- kind of a bait and switch.

GREAT. I HAD INSTALLED GUTTERS WITH GRILLS AFTER HAVING A METAL ROOF INSTALLED. HAD TONS OF OAK TREES DROPPING LEAVES SO I THOUGHT I'D BETTER GET THE GUTTERS CLEANED. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY COOL, DID THE WORK, AND TOLD ME THAT ALL WAS WELL AND THAT I DIDN'T HAVE ANY LEAVES, ONLY A LITTLE SAND. HE ADVISED ME THAT I PROBABLY WOULD NOT NEED TO CLEAN THEM EVER, UNLESS THEY WERE NOT DRAINING, DUE TO THE GRATES AND THE METAL ROOF. WORK WAS DONE IN 20 MINUTES!

Very well. They cleaned the gutters, installed the gutter guards, and sealed all leaks in the gutters. One of the leak seals did not work so they came back and resealed it. The house is 2 story with a lot of gutters. Great experience.

When Amy's Janitorial contacted me he set up a time and since I had a lot going on that day, I asked if he was sure they would be here during the specified time of between 12 noon and 2 pm. Crew showed up at 9:15 am and said they were to clean gutters and windows. Not only did they not know what they were to do, this was way to early and I had to be somewhere in 15 minutes so could not be here. Crew did not speak English so had to contact their dispatcher. He promised they would come back later during the previously specified time. Crew showed up at 3:15 pm. They did an OK job. Doubt I will use them again.
