"This is absolute nonsense, when we handed invoice for 2 hours additional labor and material used to install members hot tub 100' from electrical service. Member stated he had a doctorate and did not make this kind of money. He also stated that he had received a quote for $950.00 from another electrician. My electrician and I work our butts off to install hot tub for this member and were polite and respectful to member. My company does electrical service for all types of people from all types of cultures and treat all my customers the way we would like to be treated. A National Electric Svc has the reviews to back up the way we treat our customers with respect. When member was texting me "I kept texts" he kept on insisting he was not drunk? I texted back "Live and let live" I don't judge my customers, that I lived in S. Florida all my life and have worked for them all. We bought our material from a electrical supply house were I have a account, you can't buy a 2 pole 50 amp GFI breaker from Home Depot and did not charge for one hour to pick up material, I had to pay my electrician for a 8 hour day. Member couldn't understand how we could of used 400' of wire? I explained their were 4 wires in pvc conduit, 2 hots, 1 neutral and ground wire, 100' each equaled 400'."
"Kitchen was remodeled by previous owners. Microwave outlet was tied into lighting circuit and tripping circuit breaker . Middle of summer with attic temperature reaching 130 degrees. I crawled into small attic to find where microwave was tied to lights. I disassembled and ran a separate circuit to panel in the garage. I stayed to long in the attic heat and recovered my self from heat exhaustion In the garage. My heart was pulpatating but I was able get myself under control. Myself and another electrician Spent time troubleshooting another outlet in kitchen that had never worked. We open outlets in dinning room and living room to determine where circuit was run. We found resolved and customer outlet was fixed. Scope of work was more than a one man Angie's big deal. We conversed with owner to keep her posted in what We were doing and the troubleshooting of problem to solve electrical issue's."
